This lady could be a stay at home mom for all we know. He's at work, she might not be. I don't think it should be taken literally. She obviously wants it and she gets it. I wouldn't like this personally either.

For me it's a sign of narcissism where the person needs a constant supply, constant admiration. Usually jumps to the next person when this one is already secured. Those are pickmeishas who don't care about a person being in a relationship. Shamefully I was one (though the relationship dynamics were not truthfully laid out to me but that's no excuse) and i was left for another one.

And it was a complete shit show. Look at this there wasn't a year where he was single. https://www.elle.com/culture/celebrities/news/g28300/johnny-depp-dating-history/

I think you're right, but honestly I chatted up some guys myself (1-2 sentences only and never met) and ghosted them which is a shitty move, butbi realised I'm absolutely in no mood for texting with any new people i can't meet. Only looking for friends for support, to feel less lonely, so I sort of get him (except the sex jokes obviously). I hope to get back to them when I'm in a better place. As for now i just stopped anything related to building a new relationship

My ex forced a lube bottle inside me and his penis too, when he was drunk I was shocked. I checked his Google activities needles to say movies were like "teen fucks her ass with a hairbrush/shampoo bottle". That's when it all made sense.

How do you actually get notified about new profiles?

I'm so guilty for this. I thought that's the standard. I'm curious how his new 18 yo gf will do that stuff 🤔

Very much. His friend replied to him that he is the Flavio Briatore of their group. I was sexually harassed once as a child (although only touching my thighs by a drunk neighbour) as well as once as an 18/19 yo by a university professor (60+ in jail since then). He knew this. I'm not even counting the drunk rapes.... I'll never share my vulnerabilities again. I find nothing more disgusting than predatory grooming. His only luck is that the teenagers threw themselves at him saying he looks 21. On…

It was really impressive how we could always use each others phones, or showing each other stuff on it, never really using each others accounts though, because what for. But there was never a rule. Then he comes home jokingly tells me i should stalk the British girl for her yoga videos, suggesting it's something sexy. Woah. So you're asking your gf to stalk a chic you're into. However a month later when he was already doing the silent treatment after finding out about snooping he asks me angrily…

It's all meant to be in part tense just trying to paint a picture I've had of him for so long. But that picture is now completely changed. That crossing thing is just an example of many rules he was rigorously following.

I have this trait that i constantly care about others, my parents, my colleagues, my friends, strangers... i never really say no. I need to learn that there will be little to remember from my life in the end if its going to orbit around other people who come and go anyway.

My parents have 18 years difference but they were also older when they actually made the step to be together. I never thought age difference is a big deal but the more i became aware of grooming (in my 20s) the more i realised how fucked up it all is. He once literally texted one of his new guy friends who was very much cheering for him as they met all together "16 more days and she's finally 18, then i can't be accused of anything bad anymore 😋". I was shocked, it felt like i was with a strange…

Yeah actually i and we were happy all the 4 years so it's not like it's wasted but I wish i spent it on improving myself, seeing how superficial and careless i was, finding someone who'd have been worth it.

I know you're right, i have this absolute difficulty of letting go because i thought he was perfect. After 4 years i would still look at him and be grateful for having him by my side. Funny you mentioned low integrity, he was the most law abiding, morally strong person i knew. I was more wild and broke rules from time to time mostly out of spontaneity. He always kept me in check, i felt i grew tremendously next to him. He wouldn't let me cross a red light with children around for example. (I kno…

I had a history with snooping a month before when i found out the guy i was casually seeing was cheating on me with 5-10 other women. But with this one i never had a reason. But he kept rubbing them in my face, literally showed me their texts "to calm me down." which first seemed like a good idea... Chic called him sugar daddy 🙄 and i was supposed to laugh about it because apparently its funny. I told him i don't want to see them anymore, and that moment he became shady af taking his phone to to…

I think so too. I was quite heartbroken being cheated on a month before that, that the combination of all the circumstances made me a perfect "victim" (" " because i hurt another woman at the same time without even realising it)

Thank you. I'll save your comment to look at it as a reminder. Thank you fot taking the time to to write this. He actively avoided mentioning me to the British dream girl, i directly asked him to tell her he's in a relationship, he promised but never did. She genuinely seemed like a decent being, what are you thoughts on warning her?

I recommend you to read my post. I agree with slow, kink, cheating would be perceived morally wrong but mine just made me look like I was the crazy. They like to look like law abiding citizens but I think many are hypocrites. Like you'll never see a German pedestrian to cross a red light... Ever. My friend just told me he's engaged with his gf of 8 years. So there's that.

I'd probably add some islands (ibiza) and some selected festivals. A ski trip in Switzerland did it for my friend. (but he was lvm)

It's been half a year and I already feel better with questions occasionally popping in my mind. I hope no longer than another 6 months. I'm in therapy too (no sessions due to corona)

You're absolutely right. I didn't know much about the previous girlfriend except that his family didn't like her and the relationship was bad. Later I heard rumours she cheated but who knows at this point. My issue is that our relationship was happy, fulfilling and good. Same values, common future plans. He said it himself after break up. So I was living in this perfect virtual reality and suddenly the next level was hell. His character seemed perfect for the whole 4 years. I really didn't see h…

I know this now. Back in time I thought he's a great guy, he has been unhappy for the last 6 months and unhappy people should quit their relationships. I thought the fact that I'm around is irrelevant. Honestly for the longest time I didn't even know he left her for me. I thought it was just sort of a coincidence. People had to tell me the story actually.

I had a completely different mindset back in the time, i can't even explain what i was thinking, i took it very lightly, i was young and didn't know better. I thought we'd just chat while I'm recovering mentally/physically and i was too weak and ignorant to prevent the overspill into something else. I was selfish.

I'm in the same situation. You shouldn't feel bad. It's a good lesson to learn not ever rely on a man or anyone else in general.

Oh my god. Did you date my ex? You didn't only because he was 29 and hooked up with a 17 yo. Now she's finally 18 and he's turning 30. we were not engaged, not even after 4.5 years. He also took her virginity. If you look back at my posts you'll see so many similarities. I was convinced he's a HVM. Smart, caring, loving, attentive, good job, handsome, sporty, always included me in his plans. I tried to talk with him, just to be shut off, I brought up counselling, he laughed in my face. I'm prett…

I'm really thinking about Red flags. Some would be that he had an upper hand about how to behave, he is very organised and consistent, I used to be fun, spontaneous and little wild. I thought we both learnt from each other. But he criticised me more (you're too much on the phone, once he kicked me under the table for pulling my phone out during dinner with friends/family, later telling me how rude i was) and i always apologised and admitted my fault, tried to improve. Then it happened 1-2x that …

He changed so much and I wonder if its because of money. When I met him I had a career but moved to him, had to give it up but I also wanted to do my passion photography in which he supported me. But with time he got an extremely well paid job, lately I was picking 2-3 amazon packages a day. He realised he's rich, successful, good looking and the chicks including teenagers are at his feet... He was a silent socially awkward grey mouse when I met him. I loved how humble and shy he was because i w…
