I'm going to go ahead and disagree with you here. I believe that there is a small, very vocal group of extreme Feminists that will always see men as at fault, but there are also people in the middle ground. "Fighting" will not generate any progress at all. We should look to build that bridge for the people in the middle ground. The ones who want equality. By saying statements such as "all feminists" we simply alienate those people and it only builds an "Us vs. Them" mentality.

Well you have to pull the excess skin down and rinse out the inside. Some proponents for male circumcision say that young boys will not do this and stuff will build up in there (smegma) and get infected. I never had an issue with it.

Hello. I am an American in his mid-twenties. I am uncircumcised. I have never really thought much of it. My parents decided that the practice was barbaric and unnecessary and so never had me cut. Kids would tease me a bit growing up, but kids tease about everything. As for girls reactions, there has never really been any issue with it. If anything they are just a little curious about it. I keep it clean, so on the whole it has been a non-issue. Also when in the shower, I can stretch the skin out…

Yes, we do want to nurture a sense of community, but we also do not wish to alienate similar communities. If the only responses to the humor are, "Word!" and "Women, am I right?" or some form thereof. (I am NOT implying that this is the case) It might degrade us to nothing more then a sub for sexist jokes. I like this sub and do not wish to see that happen. Which is why I raised a caution flag. Is it wrong of me also state my opinion of the post? I did not call to have it removed, I only stated my hope that such posts would not become common place. Some humor to wash away the gravity of a few of the issues discussed here is not a bad thing, but too many and this sub will be taken less seriously.

I understand this joke, and I do appreciate it. However, I feel that posting such things detract from the great dialog that takes place on this sub. I feel that such comics are, in the long run, detrimental and childish. As people striving for equality, poking fun at the 'other side' is decisive were we should be being inclusive. I do not wish this sub to deteriorate into nothing but memes and rage comics where the only punchline is "women" or "feminist."
