He discovered red pill ideologies, which initially improved his dating life but left him feeling conflicted and dissatisfied. He’s caught between wanting to be a confident “alpha male” and feeling like a failure at work and in his personal life. Despite some success, he feels stuck, disrespected, and unsure of his direction, often battling self-destructive thoughts. He’s seeking guid…

She is telling you that she cheated and that she doesn't want to feel guilty while keeping all the benefits. Homie it's too late.

Having a big ego doesn’t make you see through the bs you are saying and not getting value from people apparently shitting on you. I got offended by my ego and I won 777 days of ban from u/wmp_v2 Ego is your first enemy and limit, big lesson learned the hard way

As a person having your same issue I say: you have too much ego.

I am away 1 week on holidays. You could read in my previous OYS that I have made a two month subscription to a gym even if I am away from home for July/august.

I see how you feel about this. I wanna take my time and I am open to all the possibilities and divorce is one.

Yes you’re right I have proven your point. Divorce is just a possible outcome not a threat.

Divorce is just a possible outcome we talked about. I just wanna make sure it is what I really want before going down that road. Not scared of it and not scared of talking about it honestly. With two kids in between it is not something I wanna rush, and I am good with it. It is not hysterical bonding sex, it is just sex and I enjoy it for what it is without thinking too much.

Actually interested in pussies as other things in life: gym, fitness, friends, electric guitar, my job, my kids, wine and other interests. Since game is a big area of improvement for myself I am just documenting to track what is happening and receive feedback.

If you want chicks being attractive is all that matters. It wasn’t not absolute for all my life. About the need, I don’t know how to phrase it, but being around those guys for the weekend was great. It is something that rarely happened in my life. We had fun, we were chilling, partying and joking. They are more “non caring” than me and they simply enjoy life

No I could have fucked her easy, but I wasn’t interested. No lies. No point in lying to a random stranger on the internet. The important thing is to sort out what I want from life. Married, single, gay, trans, pegged or something else.

My English does not help. More details: Once I realized my attachment, I decided to take some space and left the house by the sea to go back to our home in the city alone. I didn't leave her in a way that formalized separation. I just took some time off from her and that situation to stop being so attached and do things for myself without thinking about women. Saturday night, I went out as "a single" without my wife, but not as divorced yet. Things then proceeded to this girl's apartment, but I …

The more you grow your company, the more your wife will get in the case of divorce. Not an issue: at the current stage I just have to pay for the kids and not for my wife (I visited a lawyer weeks ago). In any case I can make enough money to not be worried about it. Also, it is not a valid reason for me to not chase my goal and limit my potential. It's like let her control my ambitions: simply unacceptable.

I need to focus on finding a new one and be very precise about it. For now I want to get fit, make my company grow 2x and be the best possible father of my children. My life went upside down in the last couple of months and I need some time to see everything from outside and clearly see what I want from relationships. Now it is nothing. And I don't wanna rambo with random women or seeking validation again.

After years of inactivity, I resumed exercising on January 8th. I hit the gym consistently 3/4 times a week since then. For the SQ/mobility issue: my form was poor, leading to instability and the risk of injury: low balance, too much back involved and not going deep enough. Even 30kg were all in the back and caused too much swinging around, so I fixed form before stupidly adding weight. I stepped back to improve mobility and core stability through preliminary exercises for ~ 4 weeks. I fixed the…

20kg were with a dumbbell to go up and down and get balance. I did this and full exercise with empty bar just to get balance for few weeks because I had 0 mobility. Yesterday I had leg day and SQ 50kg, DL 50kg 8 reps each without any issue. SQ I feel I can increase easily. Mobility still needs to improve but it will come, now I can start loading.

percentages are kind of a bitch to work with. Lets get your protein up to 2.2g/kg bodyweight and let the rest wash. Anything less than this is leaving gains on the table. Understood. Great advice. I should start looking at integration too. You should be nearly crawling out the door every session if you're only lifting 3x per week Expecially on leg days I push it to the point where it is hard to make stairs. I have ~ 1.5 hours of training time per session and I squeeze it to the max. No cardio in…

What are your macros daily, how much are you sleeping, how frequently are you training, and what program are you following? It is not fixed as conditions may vary, but here is the pattern: Carbs: 45-60% (higher values before training) Proteins: 15-25%. Fats: < 20% When I feel a bit hungrier, I increase proteins and lower carbs while maintaining the deficit. Right now, it is a very basic plan but easy to follow. When I reach around 18% body fat, I'll switch to a more specific plan. how much are y…

I am talking about 7 months of AT LEAST 500kcal cut. EVERY day consistently. If you do the math you will see that the real deficit per day on average has been greater. I had to loose 37kg, I lost 22 and still counting in 7 months. Do not throw the “limited mindset” BS at me on nutrition. It is about setting a goal and reaching it in a smart and definitive way while building muscles. I studied, I planned and wired my brain to change how I eat and stop compensating with food. Nothing to add on the…

I am lucky I found out about MRP. My priority now is to put the work in for my self and stop caring about others. I did that for work and I created a 50+ employees company by myself. I can do it also with my body and game.

This. Actually I should stop paying any attention to my wife. Now it is time to care for my self: loose that weight, lift hard, read the sidebar and learn how to stfu. I am doing it for myself, to finally look in the mirror and like what I see. The rest will come automatically. I have been dieting and exercising for 7 months now. I lost 22kgs, I can push more and more and go on till I am there.

Man, first of all thank you for this reality check. Sometimes you just need to write down things so everyone can see how dumb you are: I did this today and I got a reply from a random stranger on the internet helping me out with the shit I couldn’t get together for years. The questions you asked me have very simple answers: lift, sidebar and stfu. I am reading my self and I feel stupid, but that is what I needed: a reality check. Tomorrow is leg day, it is time to lift hard. Continue my journey …

I respect your time and will not bullshit. Why are you not divorcing your cheating wife? I wanna live with my kids and educate them. Not having my son and daughter in my life scares me. I am giving me some months to try to fix the relationship or just end it. At the end whatever the outcome will be I wanna at least say "I gave everything" and never look back. What exactly are your divorce preparations? I contacted an attorney 1 month ago. He basically told me I am in the situation where I will l…

The "giggling" responses are kinda triggering for me. They are basically rejections without courage to say "I am not attracted by you". I can feel she is forcing herself and "hard trying". I can feel the distance. As a matter of fact it was not that hard for her with AP when she cheated phisically once and then emotionally for a month. I still wake up at night in anger thinking at those messages and what happened. This brings up resentment and then anger and then the part where I cannot STFU and…

Here's what happened: She was drinking a bit of my espresso. She licked the cup and I said to her: "what else can you lick so well?", she said: "do you like it?" -> "Yes, do it more" and it ended in hard kisses and touches (it was work time). After lunch break I texted her (she works in front of me) while looking at her with a naughty smile: "I can't focus, I am still thinking how well you licked that cup" -> that was also incidentally true. I got a shower ten minutes later and showed up naked w…
