This. You have to go through this to really see the reaction in her eyes change. You can admit pain, but you must never fall down without getting back up. If you ever get frustrated or upset, she will feel the authenticity from you. I have literally chased attraction away in a loved one's eyes by doing this. You as the man are always the rock, you must always stand strong, because she can't deal with shit herself, she needs to believe you will never falter for her.

I like starting strength and stronglifts because I grab my barbell and a squat rack and I am good to go. There's a lot to write down and keep track of compared to the SS/SL. Not saying it wouldn't work, this workout is a lot better than most routines with guys doing curls in the gym. But my strength did not increase as quickly as SS/SL so I stopped it.

Starting Strength by Mark Rippletoe. It's considered to be the #1 beginner book on weight lifting.

Stronglifts is a great way to start out for newbies. It is quick and easy, and you can measure your progress. There is an app available all stores and you can also visit his website. http://stronglifts.com/ Starting Strength is a great workout as well to increase your strength and work on form but it is really heavy and the book could be a little much in the beginning. Try to find a workout partner so you can see you form and get tips from someone more experienced, if not just find a friend to g…

Not a huge fan of this workout, tried it after SS for 6 months and it was really time consuming. I only did it for a couple weeks but I did not feel like there were huge gains as my strength did not increase as quickly as SS

I have found lots of benefits. I feel more masculine during the day and in my interactions with everyone. My confidence is higher, and the sex is better with girls (although it can be difficult to last long the first time). Girls love it too when I tell them. They seem to be curious about it, as it separates me from other guys. A lot of girls have sent me pictures and snapchats saying "R U tempted" "What do u think about this dress?" and stuff like that. I have a greater appreciation for girls a…

I thought this write up was a sarcastic interpretation of what she wrote. How wrong I was, christ mainstream media is vapid.

Starting Strength is your best bet by Mark Rippletoe. You will see huge gains in your strength capacities by following his program. He is also essentially the bible for go to exercises, how to program, and has dozens of pages depicting correct form and what you should be feeling.

I do agree, I think I am toast here. I haven't mastered LMR because honestly I don't deal with it much. I make a strong impact on people (love and hate) early in interactions. Still have lots to learn.

Damn, truer words have never spoken. I did not fulfill my role as the man. I have no expectations and will give this one last shot and delete the # if not.

There were a couple of logistical reasons, she lives in a small apartment downtown and the 2nd time she had a friend over who couldn't leave (she was leaving the next morning) and didn't speak English. Her roommate sleeps in the main room. The first time she was really adamant that we couldn't fuck the first night, maybe I am incredibly out of practice. I haven't had to deal with LMR in a long time, I generally eject if girls aren't that into me. Movie is a good idea, she has no TV but I am goin…

You're on the right track dude, all you can do is keep working. The confidence will come more naturally, the better looking girls you fuck. There may be some plateau depending on how good looking you are, but you can keep working out and increasing your status and it will come. Realize too that you are at the point where you are at your peak with regards to age. Admit to yourself you are around 21/22 in girl years, plenty of peak/twilight left, but you certainly need to start making the most of …

A big take away from the RP is about making the best about what you've got and not worrying about the rest. We are never going to be the majority while there's so much blue influence, we can only do what we can for ourselves. This pattern will continue as there will be a healthy number of blue beta guys who stumble onto us after years of frustration, and making the best of what time they have left.
