One possible compromise is to split the plane into a mens section, a womens section, and a neutral section. That way, people who want to avoid sitting with the opposite sex have the option to do so, and the neutral section would allow the plane to be fully booked without an exact 50/50 split of male and female passengers. The neutral section should probably be bigger than the two gender-specific sections combined, since families are more likely to want to sit together, and the gendered seats are…

Some percentage of people are bad people. Therefore humanity deserves to go extinct. /s This is unironically what some anti-natalists think btw.

So it started as a rich people only club and then it turned into a white guys club. Weird.

I mean, if someone wants to take a picture to show off ther gains then it's not like the image has to solely focus on whatever muscle they're mentioning in the caption.

Yeah, agreed. Also it sometimes seems like when misandrists say "toxic masculinity" they're just talking about the broad concepts of masculinity + everything male in general, and are just tagging "toxic" on the front to emphasize their point of assuming that everything with a pair of testicles on it is pure evil.

Accusing a man of rape cripples them for life. Making false rape accusations should be taken extremely seriously.

In a way, the people who act like men invented sexism are also victim blamers.

Toxic gender norms exist, but we shouldn't single out one gender and pin all of the blame on them. I've had conversations with people on this website that unironically say things like "men caused sexism" as if they aren't condemning an entire group of people, most of which are innocent, (and certainly aren't responsible for inventing the concept of sexism) for a thing that us men ourselves suffer from just as much as anyone else does. You know what people call that sort of thing? Victim blaming.…

I'm thankful for this. Hopefully this is a step closer to a future where men don't have to be rich and famous to escape a false rape claim.

It's kinda worrying that we're getting less and less examples of women facing the same legal consequences as men nowadays.

When people try to argue that men are "naturally more violent" or something because they commit more crime than women it really bugs me because it's the exact same logic used in the infamous 13 percent copypasta that racists use as an argument. My counterargument is the same as well: The justice system is biased, stop trusting it so much.

Lots of people experience some form of parental abuse, so I'm not sure if it's fair to judge her for wanting to distance herself from her father, that's her own business. I mean, I'm trying to get my dad out of my life and I'm subscribed to this sub. If I'm gonna judge her for anything, I'm judging her for meeting one man she didn't like and then responding with "well I guess literally every male on the planet is bad and needs to die." Although it's also entirely possible that her relationship w…

The only wage gap that exists and that anyone should give a crap about is the wage gap between the upper class and the "middle" but soon to be lower class.

Yep. I used to be an optimist. Now that I've witnessed how humans tend to flock around movements and support them as violently and as extremely as possible in an attempt to be accepted, not so much. Human nature is just broken as shit, man. It sucks.

The worst part is how he immediately realized his mistake, didn't have the balls to admit he did something wrong, and then put his arm around the guy he just discriminated against in a last ditch attempt to say sorry while the only thing he really accomplished was invading his personal space and adding insult to injury.
