Ironically you, nor any of us, will ever meet anyone with real privaledge. Ergo, those in the top 1 percent eschelon who are either so powerful or so wealthy that we never, ever see them nor they us. if anything, they are the ones who's privilege they should be checking. anything else is just nit picking, in-fighting, bickering and fragmentation of those of us in that segment of society that should be unifying in order to create real change.

Actually, if handled correctly, it does. As one lawyer who recently blogged bout this pointed out, Richards committed what's defined under the law as "false light" invasion of privacy. It's illegal and certainly a suable offense and I hope the harmed and offended dev is quickly made aware of this because he certainly deserves justice in this.

First, you're right. The definition could easily be applied to both sides of the situation and reasonably so.
