Just be Honest. I hate promiscuity, BUT if a woman was honest, I could handle it.

To me, the only issue is she can leave on a whim, and she gets the kid$ and $$$.

And it's definitely about money upon divorce for any reason.

Did you pay attention to the response when asked for water? It was just dumb.

Today I learned that people who look for support for their arguments are autistic.

That's an accurate observation I hadn't thought of.

Men shouldn't be upset that their children, and hence overly generous child support payments, automatically go to the wife? Of course, that means women get the family home, so the children are least affected. I mean, women get the kids 90% of the time (google it). That's why men have this disposition toward women, dating, and marriage. I've had multiple friends and family members go through this. It's blatant discrimination against men, but we're not supposed to be upset about it?

Thank you. I was about to reference her. It's hard to believe anyone could be so patronizing by accident.

I wasted years in ignorance, myself. My only consolation: 1) Never again. 2) Passing this knowledge to the next generation of boys. 3) Spreading the word.

No fault divorce is fine. The issue is child custody. It's blatant discrimination against men, enshrined in law. Women are preferentially given physical and legal custody of children along with child support. 90% of the time,

Oh, please. Have a little restraint as a woman, that's all. There is plenty of room between 1st date sex and stuck up.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/21 05:05 AM

This makes sense to me. And I totally agree that Red Pill starts with a kernel of truth, and extrapolates to ridiculous, oversimplified rules that justify cynicism and poor behavior toward women.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/12/21 04:53 PM

I agree with your assessment of RP men. The part of me that's drawn to RP content is as you describe. It takes effort to see romantic relationships without looking through that lense.

That's a good point. I believe a woman can I think she knows what she likes, or even what she should like. But when she meets a guy, she might be surprised by her own attraction to him.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/21 11:48 PM

This is a good point. Once you're on a date, it's presumed you both met the attractiveness standard for the other.

I often hear that women need romantic and interpersonal queues to get truly aroused. But what I've often seen is women sleeping with "hot" guys they barely know. So my conclusion is that women need romantic and interpersonal queues to get truly aroused, except for when they don't.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/21 11:33 PM

I think that's great. But a 5'9" woman with a 5'1" man is an extreme exception I haven't seen in my half century on this earth.

AA/BB wouldn't be such a concern for men if women didn't automatically get the kids and therefore $$$ in a divorce.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/21 03:51 PM

Exactly. Just like all men with multiple r-pe convictions are more likely to r-pe again. Since there is correlation, not causation, you're saying women shouldn't take precautions, either. Just ignore probability because correlation doesn't equal causation. Ok.

I'm glad to hear this ❤
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/21 04:01 AM

You think women never date guy while sleeping with another?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/21 03:37 AM

Why would someone think sex = relationship. Especially for men... many men will sleep with anything.

At least that characteristic should be easy to ID.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/21 01:29 AM

That's a great question. And it's important to note that both men and women can be low value, and bitterness toward the opposite sex is one sign of that.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/21 01:03 AM

I see what you're saying. A guy must have the confidence to approach a woman. That's part of what makes her attracted to him... That's the problem.

You're not a Feminist ❤. That means you don't automatically hate men, and you think for yourself. That's why you understand that sex work isn't just work. It's inherently degrading.

Saying that a group of people is entitled or fragile is just simply an attack on that group. Feminism promotes envy and hatred of men, hence those attacks on men. If we're going to be honest, everyone's story is unique, and the individual is the smallest minority. Hence, pigeonholing and group is discriminatory to some, and completely unproductive.

The reason I quit is simple. Her name is (was) Haley Paige, an adult actress. This link is to a "fan page" where "fans" could post things about their favorite porn stars. Haley ends up posting comments, as does her father. http://moejackson.com/2006/02/08/haley-paige-at-avn-2006-in-las-vegas/ I cried for hours while reading this. FYI, there are many crass comments, and Haley posts about 15-20 comments from the top if you read the comments from oldest to newest, which you should. I've never read …

Personally, I haven't slept around, and I don't want to be with some who has slept around. It just grosses me out, regardless of the woman's propensity to cheat or not. Many women are grossed out by guys who hire legal, clean prostitutes. I don't blame them. I'm grossed out by women who sleep around. Don't blame me for that.

In certain situations, i.e. on the street, women have the additional, very real concern that most men can physically overpower them. So, women are more on edge and less receptive in such situations.

Your views totally make sense and are reasonable. The way I've seen libertarianism represented in the US, for example by Ron Paul, ideas such as a government police force and laws agains blantant discrimination are permitted.

And may I ask, why did you have to find out about her past from her girlfriends? Did you and she have any discussions about sex? Did she mislead you, or did the subject of sex never come up? The situation you describe yourself in is my worst nightmare. I have a bad feeling about it. Why would she want to marry you if she's not hot for you like she was for the other guys. And another thing, it's great FOR HER that she hangs all over you, and is affectionate. It would be great FOR YOU if she would…

"keeping the guy in control (through fear)" This is an interesting thought. Creating drama would be a way of "keeping the man in control" while appearing to be in control in a way acceptable to todays "strong woman" culture. ThIs is an explanation of why such drama is prevalent in the west.

"Honestly, I find a man talking about his wife in these terms quite disturbing. And actually I am slightly disgusted." What, are you some kind of prude, or just trying to shame him for having a healthy, vigorous sex life with his wife? In fact, if he said "make love", instead of "fuck", the comment would be completely G-rated.

Along these lines, I overheard a "Bernie Voting Grandmother" (her words) describe her dismay at how her grandsons always wanted to wrestle, while her granddaughters were consumed with less physical endeavors. She hated to think that it's because of their gender that the boys wrestled and roughhoused constantly. Isn't that common sense? Here is more unsolicited advice (from someone who has never been married) so take it for what it's worth. I imagine you want to tell your wife to STUF. I do, and I don't even know her. I suspect that letting women start to complain to us in the first place is our biggest mistake, as men. To at least make your Sundays a bit better, perhaps you could tell wifey to write everything down. Say you want to know what's important to her, but you don't want to hear about it until at least noon on Sunday.…

Great advice. Kids "get it". Speaking from experience, kids understand what is going on around them, and men need to explain things to there 8, 9, 10+ year old children in real, honest terms they will understan. Don't just leave children to try to figure things out for themselves or have their heads filled with with sh*t from some other perspective.

I'm sorry you find yourself in this situation. You sound like a good man who deserves better. Though you love your kids, it may be better to divorce sooner rather than later. My parents divorced when I was 10 and my sister was 14, and it may have been easier for us if we were younger. Yesterday, I was playing volleyball and there was a husband and wife on the same team. Slut shaming from either a man or a woman. From a man to his male friends - "don't invest in her emotionally or otherwise". From a woman to her female friends - "watch out for this one, she might tempt your man". STD's or not, these reasons to slut shame will still exist.

I'm with you on AWALT! I believe that AWALT (and AMALT for that matter), describe people's nature/proclivity to act a certain way. But it ignores the fact that we as humans have forebrains which we use to override those initial instincts. For instance, part of AMALT is that it is in men's nature to want to mount most every attractive woman to have sex with them. Well, as an individual, I have often passed on such opportunities. I totally agree. It is so goofy. I never have and never will cat-call a woman. It's among the cheesiest, most lame things men do, and I even concede that it's offensive. That being said, "a hate crime"!? Are you kidding me? That is just insane! Maybe Europe should keep their women from being molested and blown up by terrorists instead of enacting fascist legislation against boorish, harmless male behavior.

There is a split. For me, feminism is ripe for ridicule, as it's been exposed as a hypocritical sham. But that's for those of us with our eyes open. My best friend is a leftie, and he goes so far as to think gender is primarily a social construct! Been friends for years, grew up together, but we have totally different viewpoints. The battle continues.

Where is all this information that is as beneficial as TRP, without the downsides you speak of? Is there a subreddit fitting that description? /r/seduction has a little of such content, but with lots of other stuff to.

Agreed. If anything made me ashamed of my sexuality, it was the constant harping on non-existant "rape-culture", being told 50% of men are rapists during my college years, threats of women revoking their consent the morning after, and women scoffing at men who ask for a date. "Patriarchy" never made me ashamed of my sexuality. Though I like this post because it's a reminder to have no shame in your game.

Agreed. People across the world have hang-ups with sex. This post reminds us that there is no shame in our natural sexuality, and sex is not necessarily the end-game.

Right on. It's the regular good guys just trying to be good guys who have been misled. It's frustration, not entitlement. These men have picked up on the omnipresent message that if you are nice and you respect women, you are doing the right thing and you'll be successful in your quest for a woman to love. Reality is not that simple. The frustration doesn't come from entitlement, it comes from being misled.

I like your response. I've caught myself making comments on TRP that are over the top. Things that I don't really think. There is a degree of locker-room bitching and banter in TRP. Again, I agree with the basics, but not the extrapolation.

One of the biggest themes on TRP is that the pendulum has swung too far away from male privilege and toward female privilege. Specific examples include: -the fact that men are essentially presumed guilty and removed from the household by law enforcement in domestic dispute cases. (The Deluth Model). -the fact that mothers are given custody the vast majority of the time in divorce proceedings. In addition: -Male suicide rates have increased in recent decades compared to women. -Male college gradu…

Damn fantastic answer imho. There is validity to the fundamental RP concepts that you mention. Interspersed with those valid concpts is hyperbole about those very same concepts. For instance, hypergamy completely makes sense. Why wouldn't women be attracted to the better looking, more successful, more confident man? This is analogous to men being drawn to more "attractive" women. That being said, women (and men), have feelings and a conscious. Most women will not dump a man she has feelings for …

I believe this is something everyone must force themselves to do. Suppose you are interviewing for a job you really want. The interviewer asks you a question and your response is awkward, or you say something wrong. As you realize your mistake, your "heart sinks" a bit, or you get a flash of dread/panic. Ignore and suppress that feeling, and push through it. It's ok to have self-doubt, but be able to push through it when you must (as opposed to wallowing in it). Also, when you go home later and …

I don't mean to be crass, but having a baby is like taking a gigantic shit. Basically, it's coming out one way or another. The pain can not be avoided or stopped (without drugs, of course), so I don't even consider that pain tolerance. Pain tolerance is whether you bow out or persist when under pain that CAN be avoided.

It sounds like you did fine. HE is the one who is unprofessional. I think it's best to control your emotions. "There is no need to be unprofessional" is a good line because it's not aggressive, but it hits these type of people where it hurts, and calls them out. I'm still amazed that reality plays no part in the decision of medical professionals or judges. Agreed. Why would a woman have to be with 100 men to be good at sex. That is such bullshit. -Even if women need practice to become "good" at sex, * it doesn't have to be with 100 men!*. That practice could be with one man, and that one man could be her first.

Please watch this movie, gentlemen. Even if you know you will never get married, it is really worth a watch! Divorce court is fundamentally unjust. Even if you and your spouse agree on everything after a split, divorce courts just add tons of costs and complexity to what could be a simple split. Of course, here in California "common law marriage" forces people into divorce court if they live together long enough. I've often pondered the question of how to determine a woman's past "indiscretions". Rule number one: Don't let her know it's a big deal to you. Play it cool. Ideally, do NOT assume you are going to be getting married to her, so you won't be emotionally invested in her being chaste. That will make it easier for you to act like you don't care. If she knows you care, her guard will be up. Second, social media is your friend. I hardly use social media personally, but my understanding is that hints …

The "You don't own me" reasoning is the exact same reasoning I use not to commit to a woman. I do not and can not own them, so they will not own me. Thanks feminism!

I agree. As a white guy, I was recently suggesting on Reddit the black men, in particular, are less like to buy into lots of societal BS.

I completely agree. Spend time there and look for the underlying themes. If one of those themes is "women are all bitches", then you're not getting it...

Exactly. I just love when Warren Buffet advocates higher tax rates & says people should give away their money. Sure, jackass, now that you have mountains of money, it's ok for the young guys to be taxed into subservience to their employer & the government. Who cares what he thinks?
/r/TheRedPill30/04/16 04:25 AM

In my humble, white guy opinion, less black men buy into blue pill BS. Just like less black men buy into 99%er type BS. Just from observations and people I've known.

I might like to live with a woman, someday, without the threat that courts here in California would treat us as married after a certain number of years. Some Scandinavian countries got it right when it comes to divorce (as I Learned from Divorce Corp, the movie).

What is wrong with me today? I don't get this either. It sounds like they wanted your attention (possibly sex) when you pushed them away. That's it right? As a MGTOW, if just confirmed how predictable women are, in that they want you only when you are pushing them away?
/r/MGTOW25/04/16 04:36 AM

I'm not sure I understand. So they found out you were leaving, then they wanted to be your best friend? They wanted you to hand out with them too? Is it because they wanted to hear directly from you that you were leaving?
/r/MGTOW25/04/16 04:34 AM

I can relate. My best friend of 25 years told me last night that he thinks that "gender" is a social construct. He's so afraid to not be PC or completely egalitarian about everything, that he's not even willing to consider anything outside of his current belief system. I love the guy, but I wish he was more open-minded. It's only hurting him.

I'm in my 40's and i still havent started 😛, though I have seen 75% of my contemporaries' marriages either go to shit (no sex, insane wife, hot wife turned land-whale, etc.) or to divorce. Trust me, brother, you feel like a cold turd, but she really did do you a favor... A friend of mine with 2 kids had a wife who divorce-raped him about 1 year ago. They had 2 kids, and she worked no real job. He makes 100k and I make 65k, yet after divorce and child support, I'm rolling in money compared to him…

She needs space? She thinks of you two as really great friends? That's so rude, it's almost hostile. She could have had the decency to at least mention she had been having doubts. You must give her more space than she is asking for. Accept what she said, and give her what she wants. Cut her off for months, not just weeks. You'll feel worse if you remain her "buddy". Trust me.

I'd rather know the harshness of life than the warmth of an illusion. This is they key. If there is one characteristic everyone needs, it's to see the world as it truly is. Only then can one make progress in this world. I've been working on self-improvement and developing myself for as long as I can remember. In my teens I absolutely hated myself. Some simple things would begin to rectify this power imbalance: 1) Abolish no-fault divorce. Adopt divorce laws like Nordic Countries where the courts aren't so involved, no lawyers are needed, custody is pre-determined to be 50/50 (unless extenuating circumstances exist), and alimony never exceeds six months. Currently in the US, getting married to a housewife is almost like adopting a child for life! 2) Abolish the "second set of books". The fact that a man is automatically considered guilty i…

Good luck with the decision whether to dump her or not. Personally, I wish that I didn't care about a woman's past as much as I do. How did you get the number out of her? Did she offer it up, or did you ask? To have a better chance of getting an honest assessment of a woman's history, I think it's best to act like you just don't care what her number / past was like. This is good advice. Just read this in Pook's book too. If considering a LTR, act indifferent / accepting about her sexual history. When it starts to trickle out, don't act concerned or upset.
