His categorization takes into account placement in social hiarchy, along with behavior, and what influenced the placement. The categories are more distinguished yet not overly specific where they’re just personality types but not over simimplified like the alpha beta omega system where you have a lot of people that fall in between categories or people within the same category with diffrent behavior and reasoning for their placement.
