Bonnie Blue is getting some boys who are too young and too drunk to make the best decisions to line up to have sex on camera, its not the same as drugging your own child to total incapacity and raping and filming her with your friends. It is predatory and disgusting but its not monstrous in the same way. She's not even really tricking anyone, just offering them a self destructive decision they willingly take.

But men do say they find submissive more feminine women attractive. Attraction is often stated to be based on societal standards that are outdated.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/25 10:46 PM

The implication here is that every false accusation is made by someone who is extremely likely to be a significant danger as a whole, but I dont think in general false accusers generally go on to murder people. There are even rare cases of non intentional false reports- the author Joyce Carol Oates misidentified a man in a lineup when she was very young and raped by a stranger, and he served his entire sentence before he was absolved by DNA evidence.

Idk if it would be helpful to hear this, but my friend got me and my husband in contact, that's how we met. She worked with him. He's been unemployed most of our relationship and is under 6 foot and I love him. My friend, husband and I are all extremely strange people though.

Clothing choice and political spectrum are not exactly correlated.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/25 06:43 AM

Clothes are not personality.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/25 06:41 AM

Clubbing is not drinking and partying with friends, and its not a hobby. Let's not deny what clubbing is, its going to a loud sweaty room to dance and get drunk, and those activities can be a temptation to cheat.

I dont think lots of casual sex is healthy or safe for either sex.

I havent exactly done a study, but if we are discussing casual sex/ one night stands, it would not be too surprising if only a few men were successful in that regard. But apparently something like 50% of adult men in the United States are married, so i think it would help people's mental health and be better for society if we devalued promiscuity and encouraged young people to date with a regard to eventually getting married.

Agree. You aren't going to get the majority of people to fight against their impulses for competition to create a gentler world and there isn't that much flexibility in attraction and especially compatibility. That said, i don't think its impossible to get a partner as a man if you don't make 6 figures or whatever nonsense people spout. In 2023 49% of men were married and current estimates are that 32% of men earn over 100k, I'm not certain how accurate that is. A lot of high earners are tech br…

I'm not trying to be an asshole and I really can't speak for all women, but theres so much more one can be intrigued by in life than fancy bags or vacations or what have you. Relationships shouldn't be about one person trying to buy stuff for the other person to be happy and entertained, it should be two people making memories and enjoying life together. Like for example, I've been to disneyland as a kid but going with my husband was a very different and unique experience, and we find joy in lea…

Also, I just noticed you misrepresented me when you said "what man wants a stay at home wife and doesn't provide for her" when i explicitly said these men see being traditional as not having to do women's work but also not having to make men's wages simultaneously. So it is an entirely self serving version of traditionalism. You are putting words in my mouth which I never gave you permission to do. Thus I challenge you to a dagger fight on the town common at dawn.

Please please lay off the roids. I never even said what I thought the real trad life is, I absolutely do know what it is, I was literally raised in it, chill out. In response to you saying some young women want to the ones getting chased all the time but want equality when it suits them, I said yep, and some young men want to be waited on hand and foot but don't want to pay all the bills. I'm pretty sure traditional courtship is not supposed to be entirely one sided. Hypocrisy is a human failing…

Just have seen many examples of men earning the same as or less than their spouses and still expecting the spouse to do the lions share of the household labor and child care. It's not exactly fair or reasonable to expect one spouse to never have any leisure time. I'd argue it's not exactly fair even if one partner earns more if both are working similar hours- if you need both spouses working then it's irrelevant that one spouse is bringing in less, they are still working to keep the household so…

One could argue the same about some young men. They want trad wives but don't make enough money to have a stay at home wife because few people do in this economy. They will want a woman who cooks and cleans and behaves submissively, does the majority of childcare, but will still expect her to make money and accuse her of being a gold digger if she actually wants to stay at home, or if they make good money and let her stay at home they will nickle and dime her and insist it's their money and not …

I think one of the things I’m realizing is a lot of people haven’t met a lot of people, especially zoomers and younger but even older. Humans are very good at generalizing because we are both predator and prey and need to be able to do that on the fly. It has evolutionary advantages and it’s difficult to break out of that tendency.

I would say it’s a but strange but I think I might get it too, it can be a lot easier to communicate with the same gender because there actually do tend to be certain differences due to I think definitely hormonal/ biological factors. I didn’t necessarily mean there aren’t differences in male and female brains, I meant that those differences generally don’t change that we are all frightened animals in a way, if that makes sense. The “provider model” has only ever functioned for people with enough disposable income, which means a small segment of people at a certain point in history. Prior to the Industrial Revolution, a bunch of people worked on their family farms or plowed someone else’s fields or what have you, and that meant women did the farming work often alongside men. Landed gentry with independent wealth? Men are probably just as useless as women. Industrial Revolution? Poor men, women, and children being fed to…

I feel there should at the very least be a way to perform “financial abortion” via the court system. Like maybe if you are having casual sex or can somehow prove you didn’t consent to have children ahead of time you should be able to sign over your rights before the birth as well as be freed of financial obligation. The reason I say it might be better to do this via the court system is because there are just a very limited number of cases in which a man might agree to have a child and then sudde…

I’m just concerned that the youth of tomorrow will all try to run a harem like him and wind up sad when they realize they can’t all literally run a harem because there is really only like 0.9 girls for every boy (I initially thought there were more women than men so was going to say 1.1 girls but then looked it up and apparently there’s slightly more males than females)

To me an alpha denotes someone with leadership qualities, generally a strong and confident person. I think this lady wants to be an alpha but I sort of have a feeling she might be the worst sort of person to put in charge. This only makes sense if you pretend women don’t have sex drives too and the only thing they would desire in a relationship is their partners status and ability to provide stability Literally everyone who stays in a long term, this is it for life type relationship can be said to be “settling.” One person is not going to be perfect and satisfy every single desire you have for the rest of your life, the thing about humans is we are able to suppress and sublimate our desires to keep society going a…

I’m a family doctor and I talk to my patients a lot so I think I get at least a sample of men, though admittedly they skew over 40. But there’s actually a lot of really good men who are currently single. Many of them are even pretty good looking. A lot of them have been too burned by life to put themselves out there that much. I don’t think the problem is men, I think the problem is we are utterly demoralized as a society and I see this affect men disproportionately when it comes to finding a pa…

I mean, not all leadership positions are elected. I’m referring to like administration/executives at companies, that sort of thing. And even when it comes to electoralism, in the United States we are given a few choices for each elected official and at the end of the day they are pretty much both going to be the same when it comes down to brass tacks. I believe there are also times when women are sexually assaulted and it is not classified as rape in the media but I’m sure the discrepancy is much greater for men and boys than women and girls. In the second example “Jessica and me” are the object because they are being acted upon (stared at) and they remain the object no matter which one is placed first.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/22 04:45 PM
6

In the first example “Jessica and I” are the subject and you would be equally correct to say “I and Jessica went to the mall.” It may sound less correct but it follows the rules of English grammar perfectly.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/22 04:44 PM

Do you get it, it doesn’t matter who comes first in the sentence, the issue is using the correct first person pronoun when you are the subject as opposed to the object which the person you attempted to grammar police did.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/22 04:42 PM

The second example is not the same as the first example, you are using the pronoun “me” in both those sentences, if you remove Jessica from both those sentences they are identical.

And I think one thing to consider is these instances you describe sound like inconveniences but as you mentioned you typically have actually gotten together with the girls you liked at the end. Attractive people are also more likely to get hired into non sex work positions, especially women, even for jobs that really don’t require beauty. I’m honestly not sure most women in modern society have the ability to use their looks to build a safety net, except when it comes to employment? Economic realities have changed and it’s in general hard for any single adult to support themselves without relying on at least one other person’s income (I’d count living with parents as such). So here’s where I take a bit of issue with this: I think it is perfectly acceptable to have traditional wants and desires, but if you lock yourself into a very specific and rigid gender role and don’t step outside of that role, you do risk causing harm to both your self and others. For example, the man who never learned to cook and ends up living on TV dinners after his wife died and dying an early death of coronary disease. I’m 33 and this is exhausting to read, who has this kind of time and energy and emotional reserves to juggle so many guys at once When I was younger I wouldn’t delay sex at all regardless of whether I wanted a future with the guy or not, and that was consistent across the board. Now I’m older and really only have sex with people I’m interested in long term and trying to pursue a relationship, and that’s consistent across the board, and I’ve started delaying sex until I’ve hung out in person a co…

Honestly, I kind of thought I was in the twilight zone when I got attacked on a dating sub for suggesting that polygamous people should put that they are poly in their profile because someone who is poly is fundamentally incompatible with someone who is monogamous I think the context was the person only found out after they already set a date with someone that they are poly? I was very confused as to why anyone thought that is acceptable to not divulge before someone meets you for a first date.

Roe vs wade is a law banning abortion bans, overturning it does not then result in the default being that abortion is banned across the country If you live in California abortion ban won’t happen, if you live in Texas it is already there

Can you explain what you mean by welfare? I typically take this to mean general assistance, and from what I understand no one is getting general assistance for longer than a few months, it is actually severely limited, since the mid 90s when slick Willy signed a bill. If you are referring to food stamps, wic, subsidized housing, and Medicaid however- that’s a pretty tricky thing to start restricting! Gonna kill a lot of kids! I don’t view both of those things as being the exact same thing as gen…

You can legislate culture and values If the populace doesn’t like marriage restricting divorce just means no one gets married anymore We’ve tried prohibiting certain things to make people behave the way we think they should, all it does is make them do those same things in a more dangerous way than if we regulated them and allowed them
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 04:26 PM
1

Also in many states abortion has so many restrictions that it is out of quite a few peoples means to get one, I did med school in Kentucky and for rural people they would have to find a way to get to one of two big cities and have cash for the procedure and probably have a place to stay afterwards, all while probably not wanting or being able to ask to many others for support. It’s not necessarily an easy on demand thing for everyone even with roe v wade
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 04:21 PM
1

My prediction is abortion will not be banned in all 50 us states, it will become a state by state thing once it reaches the Supreme Court and they overturn roe v wade ETA: looked it up, actually I guess it’s not a prediction, it’s just how the law works. You could still hop in a bus and get an abortion a few states over.

I don’t disagree with your contentions to be honest. When I say it becomes difficult, I mean that some people will feel attacked, which will then shut down the discussion. In the case of an “lgbtq” group existing, the idea there would be that people in the umbrella have similar concerns and support each other, but many times in a group that is loosely linked by supposedly having similar concerns and interests there is typically a lot of infighting and some members of the group will be left feeli…

In the particular example of someone saying: “I am concerned about trump because I am lgbtq” (just an example and I’m not saying this is a statement I would make, just one that many would): The use of “lgbtq” as an umbrella term in that instance implies that people who differ from the majority in terms of sexuality and/or gender may have similar concerns when it comes to certain policies. It is harder and more expensive to harvest and freeze your eggs if you are single at 30 and decide you want to have children, as opposed to harvesting and freezing sperm- and men will have fertility for longer. I think the main issue is it is much harder to start a family after 30 as a woman than a man However generally speaking, women over 30 who are single and childless generally have fairly easy lives. It is generally difficult to meet people after you graduate, and obviously that difficulty compounds for men. I guess what I’d say is in a relationship it is normal to have periods where you are less attracted to your partner but stick it out regardless? Like often when someone is grieving they are not going to be terribly attractive, regardless of gender, but that’s not a permanent condition and part of being in a relationship is providing support regardless of attraction because your partner will do the same when you are in the same state?

Bro, you said your opinion, I said mine, and the one who seems significantly upset is you. I’m not upset that you are calling me immature or saying I’m incapable of being in a relationship, I have my own life you know nothing about and thus don’t believe those things about myself and have no need to get emotional about being called those things. It seems you are not as secure about your own beliefs or you would not become this upset when someone else on the internet characterizes them as misogyn…

I mean, it seems you are extremely upset at being labeled as misogynistic, but I’m not going to change my opinion that you have really toxic and harmful views about women, and I’m not going to apologize to you for saying so. They don’t harm me, they harm you and anyone you may try to partner with. You can claim your views of women are not misogynistic and come from a place of love all you want, it’s not going to change my world view. I’m also unlikely to convince you that women are actually capa…

You realize older women had babies with normal physical and mental development all the time before the existence of ivf right, many women keep natural fertility into their 40s, generally ova with significant DNA damage do not get fertilized and produce viable offspring. Undoubtedly there is clearly an increased risk of certain birth defects after the age of 35, but in general birth defects are pretty rare and it’s extremely inaccurate and insulting to claim that all babies born to women over the…

I’m gonna be the few women to say I think the answer may be possibly yes. I haven’t really thought about this all that much, but I do actually think if I see a happy looking couple I’m more likely to actually look at the guy than if I just see a random man walking around, not in the sense that I will automatically think he is attractive but in the sense I actually notice he exists and may feel like being caught looking is less of a problem because the wife is there so he wouldn’t assume that mea…

What I mean in terms of life being about change is that certain circumstances can render certain activities impossible in future, not necessarily that principles change. So for example if you used to give your partner handjobs and then you lose both your hands, how can you stay consistent in that regard? The problem with saying your best is defined by your past is it doesn’t allow for you to grow and change as you age, and life is about change. Life is inconsistent, how can you expect consistency from a human being if you can’t even expect consistency from the tectonic plates.

It could be due to a health consequence. For example, I don’t want anyone licking my butthole anymore because I got a uti from someone doing that and then later licking my clit. Even though technically this could be avoided, I don’t want to have to risk it because the uti was so terrible.

Some of us are cute, but my boyfriend is a male nurse and apparently in the last two hospitals he worked at he was frequently getting targeted by the female supervisors for very minor things that other people were also doing. Not being there I don’t know if it was because of gender or because of his autism, he can say some pretty blunt things at times. ETA but I have heard similar things from other guys in healthcare.

I try very hard to let things go, and if I am hurt by something I try to communicate about it. I suspect the ghosting was not just about the concert, but she wouldn’t talk with me about it. I’m this type of person and it’s a defense mechanism for me, so I suppose I would like that person and want to get to know them better but I would probably also somewhat suspect they have pain in them the way I do. Which is not a detriment, just that’s what I would wonder about them.

I had a very good friend ghost me for going to a concert my friends invited me and not her to. They didn’t even tell her about the concert, and I didn’t know until I was there that they didn’t invite her. The reason they didn’t invite her is because when they previously invited her to a concert in this small venue she walked out because she got bored, and they felt that was awkward and it hurt their feelings. We are all over 30.

In general, a 30 year old and a 39 year old tend to be in more similar life stages. 20-30 typically involves a few major transitions such as getting a job/ college and moving away from parents and learning independence whereas 30-39 tends to be more stagnant- generally people get more established in their careers/jobs. I don’t automatically think age gap relationships are wrong, but it’s foolish to ignore the fact that as you get older you gain confidence, money, and experience most of the time. These can make it so that you might be a little more likely to successfully manipulate a younger person or gain control of them via finances.
