It might prevent people from accusing actual rapists, especially if they don't think they have the evidence needed. It's a bit of a conundrum

Doing some light yoga, and a warm shower helps too. Also if at all possible go to sleep (or try to) at the same time everyday, and wake up at the same time. While doing this i wake up at 5 everyday, but have to goto sleep by about 9.

The Headspace app is a good introduction to meditation. It teaches you some of the different types of meditation. It is how i got started.

This dude made a game, that puts you in scenarios where you have to choose the right thing to say to pick up women. It is called 'Super Seducer: how to talk to girls'

I am neither shy nor anxious, but when i speak to people i don't know i draw a blank on what to say. I am pretty much anti-social, and I generally feel a lack of interest in what most people say, unless it is directly related to my passions. I usually only put effort into relationships that directly or indirectly benefit me, and don't find much enjoyment in conversations. Does anyone have suggestions on building conversational skills. I have already read the books on the side bar.

As far as meditation goes, the 'Headspace' app is a good way to start, and build consistency.

I just read "Models: Attract Women Through Honesty", it was suggested through this site. Its mainly about attraction through open and honest communication. The Author said he usually walks up to a girl he thinks is cute and says something like "hey, i think you're cute, and i wanted to meet you", however often on here I read about masking why you are talking to her and acting like the meeting was an accident. So what is better to be bold and say why you are talking to her, or to be cunning and h…

I know people say just lift or exercise alot on here, but my mood and outlook on life im general have become so much better since I started. I was the out of shape guy that would make fun of the people who worked out, now I try to get everyone to do it. It just puts stuff in perspective.

Personally I sometimes have similar issues. I found the best way to ensure I get things done is by having a routine and a partner or group to do it with (preferably people who can motivate you). They work as a crutch for the days you just don't want to do it, until you build resolve.
