I've read the sidebar and have lurked for a bit. Do you have any specific threads that you would suggest focusing on? Do you think just focusing on having a good time and making sure everyone else is having a good time is a good start?

I'll check out the book, and thanks for all the advice. I understand that your point is to become a holistically more attractive person, but don't seem to have much of a problem getting girls, although I'd like to date hotter girls (who wouldn't). I'm more frustrated with sustaining attraction. I'm conscious not to get lazy while in a relationship and continue to exercise and work on my interests.

I try to work on myself: exercise regularly, make progress in career and hobbies What areas would you focus on? The last part simply meant that I'd like to get married in the typical style and be confident that it won't end in divorce. It seems to have worked well for my parents who are enjoying stable relationships with adult children and spend much of free time in partnership (they are in their mid 60s)

Recently I've been focusing on going from 21% body fat to 13-14% and career aspirations. But honestly, I feel like those goals are contrary to what you're saying, and I don't really know how else to approach it.

So... I recently graduated college and am trying to figure out how exactly to direct my life. I feel like I'm a part of the sterotypical modern itteration of the "lost generation." I'm not an IT professional but I did study STEM, so I feel like I do play into that stereotype a bit. I've been thinking a lot recently about how to live the best life I can, but am coming up with a blank. I know that it is a process, but I don't feel like I'm gaining any inches.

I have heard that having 12% bf is ideal both for self-esteem and what girls find attractive. On top of that, chest to waist ratio seems to be important. Just wiki physical attractiveness.
