Very skinny throughout primary school, high school, and now I am too 21 and in serious shape and physique. I am going to gym for 3 and a half year straight. I am 6"2' and I went to the gym when I was 17 with 67 kg(148 lbs) and now have 92kg (202,4 lbs). Noob gains will transform you completely, after a year you won't recognize yourself.
