7	19 y/o, fairly new to MGTOW and looking for a bit of advice Double down on your hobbies. The best way to wash away rage is to use it as a fuel source for whatever that may be. Be it playing a game of Overwatch or lifting weights, you need to empty out the fuel or otherwise your going to keep burning. Remember one thing however, women did not choose to be what they are. 2	You know how blessed it is to stay single and go monk mode when you are young? 20 and I hear you. I spend my time enjoying my video games/anime/manga and PC building. I suppose the greatest blessing I can count , as you already have mentioned , is that I had unplugged early. Relationships were never my thing and I was always too much of an introvert so outside of a close few male friends , I can't be bothered.
