1	Girling the Boy Scouts That's EXACTLY how it works at the troop level (ages 11-17) right now and has since 2019 when they "added" girls. There are boy-only troops for boys, and girl-only troops for girls. Exact same program. BSA even copied the exact same boy scout book, swapped out the pictures of boys for pictures of girls, and reprinted it for girls with identical content (aside from pictures).
