I'll start by saying that if you want to get married, get married. The whole 'logical next step' part always bugs me about relationships though. Who gets to have any expectations of your relationship but you and your SO? And there isn't really a 'next step' for your relationship after that, so why do you feel you need to take any step? The counterpoint does work, precisely because it is still discrimination, and because blacks do commit more crimes. That's not a reason for them to get harsher sentences however.

Let's talk about rape then. One person in a relationship really doesn't want to have sex tonight, the other does. The first person goes along with it, without enjoying it, for the others sake. Is this sexual assault / rape in any way?

Men have been discriminated against, simply in different ways, for the same span of history. By the assumption that men are the culprit and a woman is a victim. By the assumption that men should be providers, and simply 'man up' and fix their problems, or deal with them. By the assumption that men are disposable, and are expected to die if need be to protect anyone else.

curb their propensity for rape Seriously? First off, how likely do you think any given man is to be a rapist? Second, what about how often men get raped? Implying, or stating outright as it were, that someone needs something enforced on them just because of their gender is sexist.

Yeah, movie coke is like six bucks a pop. The movie theaters near me don't bitch about carry ins, aside from alcohol. But the one closest to my house actually has a bar that serves booze, so its the same as any other bar on alcoholics.

Every time I see or hear that stupid story, I want to slap the people that laugh at it. Women shouldn't be trying to 'lock' their vaginas any more than men try to 'unlock' them. Neither of them should be having sex if they aren't capable and willing to handle the consequences, such as another human being that relies solely on you to provide. Also, I don't think this is the right subreddit for that anyway.
