Nope, not cowardly. It's just how she has to rationalize the fact that you've ghosted her. You've done the right thing. Having no guts would be playing her games.

Do I need to work out my forearms? I heard they will grow as the rest of my body does, but that doesn't seem true to me. What are the facts? Of course, with most things to do with lifting, it is subjective from person to person. Are you using machines? "They're the ones lifting, you're not" - Dom Mazzetti. When you deadlift (you better be deadlifting you little shit), make sure you are not using the over-under grip for as long as possible until you reach weights that you can no longer improve up…

Maybe I don't know the context, then. I don't understand what is normal about needing people to know what you're doing all the time

Would a cardio bunny in a bikini changing the oil in her car be hot? Don't seek validation/approval even after you KNOW it's true. You did it with your sister (ew) and her friends, they stated the obvious, and now you're here? WHY. Just own what you know is true. Also, kind of obvious that they would tell you a guy who can fix their shit is hot... why would free utility be frowned upon (don't fall into the obvious fix my shit for free beta trap from other women)

No, you shouldn't. Her half-assed response indicates disinterest. Next her. Also, do you really want to deal with a potentially angry boyfriend? There is always a real risk of a fight or being attacked if he's a crazy fucker.

The 48 Laws of Power - Law 38: Think as you like, but behave like others. I often find this law to be situational, because oftentimes it IS useful to confront people. However, in contexts that include political or other controversial discussions among friend groups, colleagues - it's best to employ this. Don't say anything that polarizes you against the group, that is asking to be socially ostracized. Unless of course, you have no investment in these people and you don't care whether or not they…

I don't see the problem here. You're reading way too far into her intentions. She was horny, so she got down to business, FAST. What's next, are we going to feel offended when women grind on us at a club? Jesus.

Every reply to this post will and should be, take a look at the sidebar on the main subreddit. There are a lot of bluepill themes in here that others may point out, but you will discover them through reading the sidebar. Advice: you are way too invested in someone who likely doesn't think about you at all anymore. It's done, she has made her choice and moved on. You have to move on now, too. You have come to the right place for breaking free. Keep up with the introspection, but seek to solve the…

She has five years (plus or minus a few depending on how well she took care of her health) until she reaches "the wall". So in her mind - she is old.

You absolutely have a chance. Think of the other men your age. Think of how many of them lift. Of that minority, how many of those men have goals, a diet plan, and are showing up consistently. By doing all of these things you are way above the general population. "80% of success is just showing up"

I fixed the problem by icing and taking a week off, but when it was happening it was only curling the EZ bar or normal dumbbells. Hammer curls didn't bother me, however your results may vary.

Don't expect to get a response. I never did. It's hard to have other people make decisions for you, especially something so personal as style. I researched what haircuts fit best with different face shapes, and just went for one. Take action. If you don't like it after a week - buzz it off and try a new one in month! Edit: by looking at models' face shapes that match yours and the hair attached to their heads, you can get a wide variety of ideas, rather than trying to emulate a single celebrity …

/r/malehairadvice is where you are looking for. Good luck. You can't ever go wrong with the formula of short on the sides, little longer on the top. (Style as needed)

Yep, personally for me it is more towards my wrists. You are definitely doing the right thing by taking a week off. For faster healing, be sure to ice the area on and off for 20 minutes at a time.

Definitely cut, you're going to need visible abs for a shirtless pic to work in your favor. I recall a guide possibly by /u/GayLubeOil on how to actually take the best shirtless selfies for Tinder (it was hilarious). Search for it on /r/TheRedPill.

Actually, people rarely smiled in early photographs because the very long exposure times of cameras made it difficult to hold a smile for a long time.

Appreciate it! Currently have an internship lined up at a small consulting firm for the summer. Always glad to hear from ME's (my favorite professors have ALL been ME's)

Although I have a high metabolism and barely gain any weight. DON'T buy into this! I was a skinny mofo for a long time, and plenty of adults, even accredited personal trainers told me I had a "high metabolism". Such a thing doesn't exist. Download the app MyFitnessPal and start tracking your calories, religiously. It sounds like you have an idea of your daily goal for calories. "Your body is made in the kitchen."
