Yes they are, but in America, the population is about 2/3rds white, so you are going to see more whites no matter where you turn. It's like going to Zimbabwe and complaining of a lack of Asians and suggesting that "now is not a good time to be an Asian"

White male grown up in a town where half the town has been Hispanic ever since I've been born, and the Univeristy brings in plenty of Asian foreign exchange students as well. I see lots of Hispanics and Asians dating Whites, so I doubt that their "value" is decreasing. If anything their "value" is increasing, with interracial couples becoming more prevelant nowadays.
