Why are men shamed for using porn?In my opinion, I think you have the right line just too direct to see nuance. I don't think it's necessarily that it's bad, I think too much of it is bad just like anything else. Furthermore, we have to also understand the context of watching that kind of content and taking it for reality. Similar to somebody watching a movie, seeing a perfect image of a person and thinking that's what everybody should look like, which just isn't the case. When it comes to that sort of stuff you have to realize … | /r/MensRights | 07/07/26 12:02 PM
do men and women normally split the bill on a date or does the women normally make the man pay for it?My wife and I have the same bank account, so I guess we both pay for it either way? | /r/MensRights | 25/04/25 10:55 AM
I was talking to this girl I met on a dating app and the convo honestly shocked me to the level of misandry being spread around itThe thing is, it's usually these types of women who act like that, and then as soon as a hard physical labor task comes up, they go find a dude to do it. No, put your adult pants on and do it your damn self since you don't need any help from a man, or just admit that your viewpoint is incorrect and change your attitude towards the subject. Also, do girls who go around saying, "What do we even need men for?" realize that they wouldn't even be alive if a man wasn't involved roughly 9 months before… | /r/MensRights | 12/03/25 11:55 PM
WHAT ARE THE THINGS YOU SHOULD SAY TO A FEMINIST???Don't say anything. Most modern feminists are just grossly misguided, bored, and seeking validation. Some of the smarter ones do eventually rethink the way they've treated others in the process of all of this, others stay the same forever. Regardless, not giving them any attention or validation typically gets under their skin pretty well, so that's what I stick to. As soon as they start with it just "Have a good day" and make your exit. | /r/MensRights | 09/03/25 11:44 AM
How do I approach people to talk to without being thought as a creep?I ain't the best looking either, not to mention I've got all of my top front teeth missing. If people walk away from you just for how you look they weren't worth your time anyway. | /r/MensRights | 02/03/25 05:16 PM
Does good women who want equal relationships and equal responsibilities exist in the west anymore? They still exist, they're just getting harder to find. I found it in my wife and thats why we're married. My two exes on the other hand wanted everything for no work in return, and that's why they're exes. If a relationship is something you really want then you have to put in the work to find it. | /r/MensRights | 23/02/25 05:06 PM
How do I approach people to talk to without being thought as a creep? You're overthinking it and thats what's going to cause people to think your a creep. Just like how theives get caught cause they're too overfocused on looking normal. Just walk up, introduce yourself and get a conversation going if you can. It's always a good idea to have a conversation topic in mind when you get there just to get you started. "Hi, I'm (insert name here), I couldn't help but notice you're wearing a shirt with my favorite band on it!" You don't always have to start with your name… | /r/MensRights | 07/02/25 12:14 PM
What do you love about being a man?Resiliency from years of learning how to laugh your way through the pain, physical or emotional. | /r/MensRights | 26/01/25 07:20 AM
Does anyone else get a bit bothered by dick size shaming?I mean I work in a machine shop so my response to this may not be what you're asking for but I'll spit it just to see if anybody feels similar. First off I've never heard anybody being called misogynistic for being self conscious over their size, maybe that's something in a different region that we just missed over here, or i misinterpreted thst sentence. Second, self consciousness is a human thing that were never going to get rid of on either side of gender fence, personally i feel it also prov… | /r/MensRights | 26/01/25 07:12 AM
What is your political positionI guess if it had to be one of the options you listed it would be in the middle. Personally I don't feel like political parties yelling back and forth at each other like school girls and accusing each other of this that and the other thing does anything productive for the country and it's citizens so really I just don't care to align with any political parties. I only registered as an independent cause I had to in order to vote. | /r/MensRights | 03/11/24 11:03 PM
International mens dayI won't speak for all of us, but I will speak on how I'd view and how I'd imagine many of us would view it. I would see something like that beyond just flowers but more so that somebody noticed me. Somebody recognized that I exist and that to me is a lot considering that there's a staggering number of us, I believe, that go through our lives experiencing little more than a passing glance for a good 90 percent of our time here, outside of our families most of us exist like ghosts to everyone on t… | /r/MensRights | 29/10/24 10:18 PM
Found my boyfriend's porn stash, what do I do nowFrom the sounds of it you're overthinking things and if it's due to past experiences then you need to talk to somebody about that. Regardless you need to talk with him about it if bothers you that much. Too many relationships fail by means of lack of communication and its about one of the easiest things to do if you just practice it regularly. | /r/MensRights | 08/10/24 12:23 PM
Gender discrimination at workplaceThing is regardless of that, and any lawyer will tell you similar, if you don't try to bring it up and let them handle it internally then the courts won't hear it. Not to mention if they refuse to handle it internally with no legitiment and non discriminate reason, then that also then strengthens your case against them further. So even though it sucks and it makes things take longer, take it to hr first, let the company fuck themselves over in the end if that's the route they want to go. | /r/MensRights | 14/09/24 01:34 AM
Gender discrimination at workplaceThere's really not much you can do, as much as I hate saying that. You could try to gather proof of the discrimination, even if it seems small store it away, over a few months. Make multiple copies of whatever you have. Bring the issue to HR first and give them a chance to handle things internally, DO NOT skip that step cause it will bite you in the ass if it winds up in court. Make sure you document that not only you brought it up to them but date and time as well. If HR doesn't handle it as th… | /r/MensRights | 13/09/24 12:53 PM
I am and have a ton of sensitive friends and I appreciate all my sensitive dudes out here. I know some folks might not like it, I’m enjoying the softening. Why does it have to be one side of the fence or the other? Be soft when you want and be hard when you need to. Best way to put it "Be kind, be respectful, but always have a plan to drop everybody in the room." Just be the person you are if somebody doesn't like that then fuck 'em. Just don't be soft in a bad situation, cause sometimes you do need to harden up at least a little. | /r/MensRights | 12/09/24 04:47 PM

Question about r/MensRights in regards to feminismI could rant on and on and on. But instead I'm going to leave it at while I do 100 percent support equal rights for both men and women, it needs to be just that. Equal. For everybody every color doesn't matter. Just because you're biologically different than I am shouldn't give you an advantage. And to be honest, look at just how wonderful modern age feminism has become, or rather wonderful for women while being completely toxic towards men. | /r/MensRights | 18/07/24 03:11 PM
Wow I hate Wikipedia nowSo let me get this straight. Because I feel it's wrong to be hated just for being a dude and I feel it's right for men's rights to be spoken for just as much as women's I'm a misogynist....okay. | /r/MensRights | 04/08/21 10:41 AM
