Pay attention to #5. Anything you say (or text) can and will be used against you in a court of law. Go complete blackout and use one word replies. My ex even copied texts to my kids and used them against me. The female judge loved that shit and used it. Also record as much as possible. Video doesn't lie.

Fuck every crooked judge that signs these anti-men horseshit protections. It is now comical how easily they are given out like tickets in the deli section.

If your name is on the house she can't kick you out. Get back in there and tell her to eat shit. She can't kick you out.

You are so fucked if you divorce. You will pay her alimony and child support. The court system will eat you alive. Get her working ASAP. Hide your assets and save for a lawyer.

Parenting plans are a joke. Not set in reality. Get a lawyer and refuse to follow them.

Because they quit when you call them out or speak up for yourself. On my second one and they are all assholes. They got you by the balls and they know it. They will continue every court date to suck more money.

When I would come home from working all the damn time and paying for every single bill to a dirty home with no dinner waiting and a lazy woman on facebook thinking everything was owed to her and now it was her time to go out with friends cause she had a long day with the kids. Oh, and no sex. And now the court has given her a cush lifestyle via my paycheck to continue her luxurious life. Ain't the system fun?!

Welcome to no shitsville. In the same boat. Dumb bitch won't budge on anything. And what she doesn't realize is she is going to give everything straight to her lawyer. It makes no sense. But then again, that's why I left her dumbass.

Money spent doesn't count, only assets do. Sorry honey, that money is gone. Stand your ground. Women get everything so let her eat shit on this one.

Alimony is 400. CS is 1000. Two kids. Men get fucked.

Lol no CS. Yeah that's what I thought. Then she changed her mind and got $1400 a month. She uses it as extra personal income. Kids see shit. And I still buy them clothes and electronics. Good luck.

Second this. Get your shit in order and prepare. Start moving money and belongings now. Oh and never let them get your IRS money. Change it now to never get a return cause they'll take it. $4000 I'll never see again. Owe if you have to. Move out belongs or sell expensive stuff cause its all 50% hers. SELL EVERYTHING!!! I know it will feel weird but don't say a word to anyone about divorce. Cold, cold, cold. Always strike first cause she will.

Wow, you waited way too long. Should have done it long ago. Now you're gonna owe alimony for life possibly. Life is short and time doesn't wait. You spent too many years miserable when you could have been happy. I got out of a 12 yr marriage at 46 and regret not doing it earlier. Staying for the kids lost me more pension and longer alimony. That's it. Dating was fun. Wish I was younger though. I did find my perfect match after a while and we are very happy. I regret not divorcing earlier. Oh and…

The great state of Illinois. I said I lost my job and she said that was normal construction lay off time. 6 months is not normal lay off time. 6 weeks maybe. 2nd and 3rd stimulus specifically say can not be held for child support arrears. Here I am left with nothing.

I lost everything in my divorce. Plus due to covid her salary dropped to 19k and she was able to weasel way more support and alimony. Then I lost my job to covid and now her lawyer has taken my tax return and all stimulus money meanwhile I am broke and jobless. The system is beyond fucked.

What??? Fight for every penny cause they will. Being alone and sad is on you. You're in Canada, lot better than this shit hole America is becoming, be thankful. Get on bumble or tinder and find women. They're all over the place man, just like you, sad and alone. After my divorce I met all kinds of women. Have fun, you're single! Don't settle. I found the perfect woman. Divorce was the best thing that ever happened to me. My ex was/is a miserable vile p.o.s. She's still single and worthless while…

Yep. Happened to me. Really down plays the seriousness of such orders for people that really need them. It goes both ways I guess but it is wrong that so many do it when there is nothing there.

I'm going through this now. She lost her job to covid and claimed very little income. I had to work and had a good year. Went from $850/mo in child support to $1400/mo child support AND alimony. Then I get laid off due to covid and no one cares. She stole all my tax returns and stimulus. I am broke and no one cares. The system is rigged against men. I heard something somewhere about judges looking bad if someone goes on welfare. Looks like that's my only option right now. Food stamps just to get…
