But do you genuinely enjoy competing for women? To me, seeing this kind of behaviour is a huge turn-off regardless of how attractive they are. It could be a fear of competition, but i think its more of a genuine disdain for the dynamics of the sexual marketplace. Maybe its something i still need to come to terms with, or maybe I just never will. No doubt about it, I am sour grapes. But I'm not sure how to get past that.

Yup, dating one helped me stumble on to RP. Thanks for helping to educate fellow men about the dangers of them. Wish i had known sooner.

I'd like to hear more about the link between BP and broken homes, if you don't mind. The obvious one is lack of a father figure, but i had a great relationship with my dad. The issue was my drug addicted mom. I assume that childhood trauma is at the root of any BP tendencies, but would like to hear about your thoughts on linkages.

Dont proceed with any threats or revenge porn. Girls that are crazy like that will lie to cops to try to get you locked up, dont give them any ammo. In fact, legit have your LTR call the cops if she feels unsafe. You could also but they tend to favour women.

Agreed on program, do PPL or PHAT or NSUNS. You can find them all online or on reddit. IMO, 2x a week isn't enough. Needs to be at least 3, but i try to do at least 4. 2 is better than 0 though. I havent been in a week hahha.

Ignore. If you run into her you can be polite but just stick with the oxford pleasantries and dont offer anything beyond that.

Cuz they want you to think "shes different". Increase your attraction by thinking you got a good girl on your hands. Good thing we know AWALT.

Sigma Chi. Grades took a hit but i know alot of guys that had perfect averages, so its possible. It does help with TRP principles and abundance mentality. You will get girls for no other reason than being in a frat. What ive struggled with is after university. I relied too much on frat for identity and women so now i am back to square one and have to relearn everything. So be mindful of that. Still though, it is an awesome experience.

Agree with this. I suffer from depression and anxiety and have had female therapists in the past. They dont help. My current therapist is a male and he's dope, definately RP.

People are shaming you for using barbells? Doesn't that just make them fucking idiots? I dont know much about this but pretty sure the big 3 compound movements are the most important and theyre all barbell based.

Also, what subs/guides do you use for meditation and any other resources? Have been thinking of trying meditation out and reading the power of now. Cheers.

Thats fine. Alot of bipolar people feel the same. Thats why they consistently stop taking medication. You get to experience mania and hypomania which is awesome, but can also be destructive. You seem to be functioning fine unmedicated which is good. Ive seen Bipopar 1 people unmedicated and its just not something that will ever work. All the best.

To me this sounds like a depressive or mixed bipolar episode, which is far different than regular depression. Numbness in all aspects of life is a common symptom of bipolar. Likely not the answer anyone will want to hear and i may get downvoted but i think you should see your pysch and try a mood stabilizer/anti if you arent on one already. Bipolar is serious and a fuck of a battle. Looks like things are going well for you tho bro, keep it up.

I think this is the right answer. I can see OPs point about how disgusting it is, but in the broader scheme of things society in general is disgusting. We didnt make the rules, they just are.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
