Neither of us should ever feel like we need to do something that we're not excited about or comfortable with because the other wants it. The idea that an experienced partner should do something they didn't really love doing to make a new partner less jealous is disgusting to me. This post is gross.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/23 07:21 PM

I'm also a virgin. I only dated other virgins waiting for religious reasons.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/23 11:27 PM

Nothing. Nothing would make me overlook a criminal record.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/23 09:33 PM

I plan on adopting multiple kids, hopefully 4-6.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/23 01:12 AM

Marriage itself doesn't benefit anyone. Only a good partner does that regardless of their gender.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/23 10:52 PM
13

It would make me instantly not into that guy.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/23 10:49 PM
22

I would be extremely grossed out if a guy tried to make a 1st kiss into a make out session. You look desperate, sloppy, and lack restraint. No thank you.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/23 10:48 PM

It's like a red piller that believes ALWALT and somehow their unicorn is special.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/23 08:13 PM

The only questions I would ask would be if they're a virgin and what are their values towards sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 09:26 PM

I have never dated outside of my social circle, but I have only ever dated one guy that I considered a friend before dating him. If I like a guy I don't try to befriend him.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 01:32 PM

Yes, yes I am. It will be a tattoo of you giving me a tattoo. Fix your life!!
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/23 03:38 PM

I'm getting a tattoo to personally upset you.

I think the grandparents are keeping them.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 09:05 PM

They apparently have a lot of extended family. Grandparents on both sides and aunts and uncles. Those poor kids.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 08:25 PM

I don't trust men that have one and I am a virgin.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 05:03 PM

Are you going to pretend that women on this sub aren't told that they don't have issues, only chase Chad, and should shut up and appreciate that they get any attention when they discuss their dating issues? Really? That's why his argument doesn't make sense.

Being allowed to complain isn't just about technically being allowed, its being allowed to complain without being severely judged within certain circles. "I'm angry that I can't voice my opinions without others being allowed the same right." Would you enjoy being told you're a bigoted asshole because you're complaining about something a man did to you? Probably not because it sucks. I handle my feelings and move on with my life. I only continue interactions with those that I accept and respect. …
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/23 02:49 PM
3

I would say that you're blind if you don't think that bigotry is openly accepted and tolerated. Politicians in the US run on the platform of bigotry. Who is stopping it? Who is shutting them down? Who is not allowing them to spew hateful things 24 hours a day? Does everyone agree? No. Does everyone disagree? No, but they're certainly allowed to say it. There is no argument of men aren't allowed to complain when he's here complaining.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/23 02:36 PM

I've had disagreements with my father before when he wasn't giving me enough freedom. My dad doesn't raise his voice, become disrespectful, or ever become physically aggressive. My mom will step in and shut down the conversation if she feels that someone isn't being reasonable. I can't see this ever happening in my family.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/23 12:32 PM
3

Absolutely not. I wouldn't wish him ill will, but he would never speak to me again.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/23 12:20 AM

People validating or agreeing with your opinion has nothing to do with whether men are allowed to complain. No one is stopping you from complaining.

Do you understand that most people date others UNTIL they find the option that they want monogamy from? They don't go on a date and end up committed immediately.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/06/23 05:21 PM

I'm 23 and have acquaintances and family friends that are 30ish+ that I'll talk to or have lunch with occasionally. Do I have close friendships with anyone that age that isn't a relative? No, and I have never had any romantic interest in a guy more than 2-3 years older than myself.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/06/23 12:34 PM

🤣 I would rather die a virgin that was never allowed to leave my parent's house.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/06/23 10:59 AM

No, there's over 2 million people. I was always socializing from a very young age through school, sports, charity work, and church.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/06/23 10:21 AM

I always dated within my social circles. I knew their exes, parents, and friends.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/23 04:10 PM

This is why I only dated virgins that were waiting for religious reasons and not all virgins.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/23 07:49 PM

It depends on the person. I only dated other virgins for religious reasons and it was a requirement.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/23 01:40 PM

Would l date a man because he says he will treat me this way? No, because words mean nothing. Will I continue seeing a man because be treats me that way? Yes.

Have a nice day.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/23 08:44 PM

That's such bs. It is not acceptable to harass, assault, or abuse men anymore more so than it is women. Men and women are both insulted and it's acceptable when it happens to either one by wider society.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/23 08:39 PM
1

One is a crime of force committed against others by a specific individual and one is not. We should be promoting all individuals to care for their own mental health and to not insult others. You can't make anyone bond with them, like them, or pretend to feel something that they don't. That's an unfortunate reality. Indifference and a lack of attacks is all that people should expect from society.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/23 08:24 PM
1

😂 Please yell more about words you put into my mouth. I said you can't compare someone not taking action to save you or your own lack to being murdered.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/23 08:02 PM
1

You're comparing women being murdered to men not seeking mental health help and nobody else stepping in to save them from themselves? That seems like quite the leap in situations.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/23 07:19 PM
2

It's illegal to charge for cases of surrogacy in many many cases for that reason and they aren't paid. Surrogacy and being paid are 2 different issues.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/23 04:52 PM
2

Why would soliciting a surrogate be a crime?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/23 04:31 PM
1

I don't really see the point in consequences for either as long as is stays as I don't personally care for sluts/virgins and wouldn't date one. It's a different story when you begin calling for harm against any group of people because they make choices differently than your own. That should involve legal consequences. Otherwise It's meaningless.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/23 02:59 PM
1

It happens. Where are men killed for being virgins? Where do men face anything more than a few rude comments for being virgins? They don't.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 11:23 PM

People do not face consequences for calling women sluts and more or less than people do for virgon shaming.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 11:05 PM

Multiple women in the US are murdered in honor killings every year. How many men are murdered for being virgins?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 10:02 PM

For most women? No. For women Tinder looking for casual sex? Yes.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 09:30 PM

I am getting married in October. I never said I have a husband.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 09:29 PM

That's the baseline requirement of anything romantic or sexual. Everyone knows that.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 09:19 PM
1

No woman is going to allow you to approach them and be open to it if she doesn't find you hot.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 09:12 PM
1

At first the only thing that matter is his appearance if he's a complete stranger and that he doesn't have behaviours or mannerisms saying there's something off about him.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 09:08 PM
1

Only from the guy that she wants. Never from some random guy trying to get laid. Everything only applies to the guy that she finds physically appealing.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 09:03 PM
1

No I didn't. I said not being afraid of being stalked, murdered, or raped by him certainly doesn't hurt. I never said that was a lack of comfort. A lack of comfort is feeling uneasy, that's he's trying to use you, isn't listening, won't care about your pleasure, or won't take no for an answer if you change your mind.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 08:59 PM
1

Being comfortable is more than safety.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 08:55 PM
1

His appearance how he makes her feel are 100% a part of sexual arousal.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 08:53 PM
2

She has to trust him on some level. That trust is comfort around him. She has to find him physically appealing. She has to want more of him and that means liking what she already experiences with him. It's going to be his looks and how he comes across. Nothing else.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 08:48 PM
2

Sexually arousing and being willing to screw you are not the same thing for women. That's the difference. Women can be aroused purely on watching a guy across the room. It doesn't mean that they're open to having sex with him.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 08:42 PM
1

Nothing is sexually arousing on it's own. You need to be physically attractive to her and socially competent WHEN she is looking for casual sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 08:37 PM
1

He said I don't care about slut shaming because I know I am not a slut. Guys are being "virgin shamed" for being seen as losers, not virgins. It wouldn't bother guys if they didn't believe the same about themselves. I live and interact in the secular world with many non religious friends. It only upsets people if you believe that crap. Promiscuous women don't get upset about slut shaming unless they have guilt about having so much sex. They think you're a loser for saying it and defining their w…
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 08:36 PM
1

Social competency is important for many many things besides danger. It's reading the room, knowing when to escalate, knowing when to back off, and understanding how she's feeling about you. Everything interacts. That's why where there's no move or something that any guy can learn to get the same results.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 08:33 PM
1

The vibe is how he makes others feel. It's more than trust. It's his overall feel. Is he a cool dude that seems relaxed? Does he come across as awkward and socially incompetent? That's his vibe. It's how he makes other feel about him with his actions and demeanor. The vibe is why many people that aren't neurotypical get called creepy or make others uncomfortable. Others can tell that something is different.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 08:12 PM
1

His overall looks and vibe are what make men sexually attractive to women.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 08:04 PM
1

Being her physical type and then his personality carrying the rest.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 07:57 PM
1

It's both. You need all of it. You can be as safe as can be and not be attractive to her. She needs to be into you.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 07:44 PM
1

Not looking like a anxious guy that might stalk, rape, or kill them later definitely doesn't hurt. You guys massively underestimate the importance of social skills when it comes to women. Anything that comes across as "off" is going to make a guy an instant no.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 07:39 PM
1

Their looks and social skills. Their super relaxed demeanor. "Their vibe." That's what the vibe is about. They're out having a good time not necessarily looking for sex or girls, but if it happens then cool. They don't seem like a guy ready to explode, nervous, anxious, awkward, or uncomfortable with wherever the situation is headed.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 07:34 PM
1

Clearly they do. They're horny, not desperate, and aren't accepting just any guy. He's the guy that pushes them from l'm horny to I am having sex rather than masturbating later.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 07:28 PM
2

Women are usually looking for casual sex and then find the guy.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 07:24 PM
1

Being fun, safe, attractive to her, and putting her at ease will make her let her guard down. If she's looking for casual sex it'll be him.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 07:20 PM
2

I don't think it means anything for attraction. Body positivity was about being comfortable with yourself and not being ashamed. It's not you should find this desirable.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 07:19 PM
2

I know many guys that get casual sex constantly. They're all somewhat attractive, but they're also extremely socially competent. They know how to make people feel at ease, draw them in, and they're never awkward. They can read social cues and they're fun. They make women feel like they're safe with them and will have a good time. That's how they get laid. They're not ugly and they have proper social skills.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 07:13 PM

What is that? It sounds like cavities.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 06:28 PM
6

virginity or lack of experience is seen as shameful to men because it represents no woman or not many women want him which proves my point and directly relates to the other issues i mentioned. Not being seen as wanted is shamed, not the virginity, or the lack of experience, because handsome guys don't experience that even under those conditions. They're not the same thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 06:05 PM
5

If it's not shameful then why do men call women sluts? It's the same thing. Men want women to feel bad for having sex on their terms. It doesn't make having sex shameful for women.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 05:54 PM
4

Do you think women having sex is shameful? It's not.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 05:51 PM
8

You're assuming that it's seen as something shameful by others. I have never seen anyone but other men actually thinking it's a genuine problem rather than an insult to cut at someone. He said he's never been virgin shamed by men or women.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 05:38 PM
17

My boyfriend is also a virgin. He's 26 and everyone knows. He doesn't get virgin shamed because they know it would be pointless. He's proud of waiting for his faith and so am I. You believe that there's something wrong with being a virgin, but there's not, and no one knows if you are one or not.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 04:55 PM
10

Men trying to sleep with me.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 04:06 PM

I have been slut shamed a million times. I'm a virgin. Why do people say it? Because insults are meant to get under your skin. It's the same as the little dick energy or calling a guy a virgin. I've been virgin shamed too and called a prude. I don't care. It doesn't hurt my feelings in the slightest. No one knows your sexual history until you have sex with them or share that information.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 03:55 PM

It's Canadian too, definitely more than America, but you're going to look as though you're insulting her as most of the reddit users are American.

Most people will take it as unattractive. Don't describe your gf with that word.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 10:05 PM

homely plain; unattractive: a homely mongrel; lacking refinement: a homely country boy Not to be confused with: homey – comfortably informal; cozy; homelike; warm and friendly: a homey cottage https://www.thefreedictionary.com/homely

It means ugly in terms of appearance and you were describing her appearance.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 09:58 PM

But calling her homely??
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 09:56 PM

But you said a little chub is sexy af and you also called her wifely in a "homely way".
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 09:54 PM

Is your gf your definition of sexy af?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 09:51 PM

I'm going to say that he wanted it considering that he had been talking about it for years before he met me with exes and with his parents when he was single. When it was a possibility for us he was still not sure that he would want them. He was always leaning more against them.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 02:59 PM

Pimples and blemishes are acne.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 02:06 PM

My gf’s face to me is the most beautiful in the history of the universe. At night, when I see her with her pimples and blemishes, and I say something funny to her and she laughs, or I tell her I love her and she smiles, it’s literally and unironically the most beautiful face in the world to me. Don’t care if you believe me or not Do you need the screenshot?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 01:29 PM
4

You've described her as being flat chested, chubby, and having acne. How is she leagues above you?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 01:02 PM
7

Why get with the girl that has slept with a 100 people? Is it because you can't get anyone else? How are you going to cheat if you can't get anyone else? Have you worked yourself into a position to finally be desirable to women? Okay, good for you. That's awesome. Now you really need to explain why you're choosing a woman with 100 past partners to get with instead of a woman that you wanted.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 11:37 AM
1

I wouldn't be opposed to new male friends if it happened naturally through a mutual activity, but otherwise it's going to be a no.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 11:24 AM
1

You can also harvest sperm for ivf surrogacy after a vasectomy if he would change his mind at some point, but I don't see that happening.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/23 08:04 PM
2

The difference is that you want biological kids and he has never had that desire.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/23 08:00 PM
3

He knew that was an available option. He's not being forced to marry me. He wasn't asked to get a vasectomy. I was going to get my tubes tied instead and he said he wanted to get the surgery. He doesn't feel a need to have biological children and that's fine. It's a personal decision. I am not being forced to marry him either. We made the best decision for us.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/23 07:28 PM
5

I can have kids, but I also have a blood cancer that could return at any time and I couldn't receive treatment if I were pregnant. He had this conversation with ex girlfriends and his parents years before he met me. It wasn't an emotional decision. The only reason that he hadn't done it was in case his future wife wanted to have children AND adopt.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/23 06:30 PM
5

Why is it weird? We both want kids. We don't believe that those kids need to be genetically related to us for them to be our kids. Do you have any idea how many children are up for adoption and need homes? He has amazing genetics. He's a university athlete. That has nothing to do with his decision. We always said we wanted to adopt and MAYBE have a child together naturally, but it wasn't a certainty. Not everyone feels a need to have biological kids. We want kids to love.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/23 06:15 PM
5

Thank you.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/23 05:20 PM
4

No. He was on the fence about biological children before meeting me and has since decided against them. He always wanted to adopt.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/23 04:24 PM
9

It's a sugar a sugar baby without the sex. They can pay for that now.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/23 03:42 PM
10

My future husband has had one because it would be a terrible idea for me to get pregnant and he didn't want me to have another surgery. He's been tested twice since then to make sure he's sterile. I feel perfectly comfortable with having unprotected sex once we get married. We plan to adopt when we're ready for children.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/23 03:38 PM

There are insecure good looking men too. They usually have anxiety. I don't find them attractive. I need both in a guy.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/23 03:25 PM

Religious virgin men are looking for the same, not a harem. They have no use for that. Anyone can break commitment.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/23 03:22 PM

I have found him and we're getting married in October. It's hilarious that you assume there aren't good looking guys with options that also have standards and want the same. That's why you vet.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/23 01:26 PM

This post is why I would never have dated a guy that wasn't a virgin for religious reasons.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/05/23 09:27 PM
22

Do you really know why women have the upper hand? Not because men are horny more often. It's because men think chasing and screwing anything is better than taking care of it themselves. Men screwed other men over with their BEHAVIOUR, not by being horny. That goes to every issue that you routinely complain about on this sub. A woman would rather get herself off, guaranteed, than have sex with a random.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/23 05:10 PM
24

We don't deny that men will screw just about anything with a hole. We don't care. There's a difference.

/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/23 05:21 PM

10ish guys without the internet? I met hundreds through school, university, church, work, and friends. That is my social circle. I never used online dating and never met a guy through the internet in any way.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/23 03:45 PM

That short unattractive guy is trying to be with a mentally ill woman screwing other men and ignores him. He is his own problem here.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/05/23 09:18 PM

What is the message of these stories? It's acceptable to be a guy that chases after people that don't want you and treat you like shit, but it's not okay for a woman? He's no different. That's not hypergamy or female nature. That's people thinking they can get a relationship with that person because they want them and think they belong together despite the other party not wanting them.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/05/23 08:36 PM

and i did not say olympians Also you ridicilously wrong. i've literally trained with olympic swimmers and this is not the case You did, unless you don't know that Olympic participants are called olympians?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/05/23 07:00 PM
1

Yes, it's not a overly built body from the gym. Gym bros could get it. They don't, because they're not doing the same training.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/05/23 06:52 PM
1

Bro come on. You? The same guy posting today that he doesn't know how to workout at home as a beginner with dumbells was "literally training with Olympians"? I would call that bullshit, but it's your story.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/05/23 06:49 PM
1

Competitive swimmers do usually have wide shoulders and they do work out, but not like gym bros. They're going for very specific muscle groups and not for mass.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/05/23 06:46 PM
1

You're not blind. It's not about believing anything. Their bodies are not the same because building overly developed arm muscles would be a hindrance. That's why you don't see them. Go Google professional bodybuilders at low body fat percentages and explain why they still have overly developed arms if they're the same bodies at different body fat percentages.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/05/23 06:38 PM
6

Most women wouldn't turn down Chris Hemsworth if he were skinny fat. That's a terrible example, but yeah, there are plenty of women that aren't into guys that are that built.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/05/23 06:29 PM
1

Seriously, go Google professional male swimmers and then ask yourself what kind of bodybuilders or gym bros have arms that small compared to the rest of their bodies. They are not the same for a reason.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/05/23 06:27 PM
2

Then you should ask them, because what you're saying in not true. They train for muscle strength and joint support in the shoulders and back with specific exercises. They're not going for over a ton of added mass because that becomes a hindrance at certain point. They use more weight and less reps to build strength and speed, not mass. Okay bro. How many competitive swimmers do you train with daily?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/05/23 05:55 PM

Swimmers don't do the same training in the gym as gym bros. They have specific exercises to improve their swimming and building specific muscles. That's why they look different. It's way more than body fat.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/05/23 05:52 PM

If that were the case they wouldn't have different builds than the gym bros, but they do, even without steroids.

I don't think that most women like the look of bodybuilders and steroids. I personally don't, but I do find men that are fit from athletics very attractive. Lean and very toned.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/05/23 05:07 PM

No one has the right to put their hands on someone else unless they are being physically attacked. No one has the right to force you to stay in a situation where your emotional needs aren't being met or you feel disrespected. That shouldn't be changed because you want to be able to use force against others in any situation to get your desired results. Walk away and don't associate with them.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/05/23 01:12 PM

I find that out before dating them.

Wanting people to have sex with you is equally as sinful as having sex according to the Bible. Those guys OP is talking about want to have sex and are upset that promiscuous women are judging their virginity and holding it against them. They are equally as sinful in the eyes of God. Being a virgin is only virtuous if you are waiting for marriage under religion. Being a virgin in itself means nothing good or bad. They're not judging virgin men choosing to wait.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/23 11:19 PM
1

Or maybe you'd like to ignore those verses about lusting after a woman being equal to committing the sin of adultery, making those virgins the same as promiscuous women? That's not my business.

Do you count religious preachers in "mind their own business" as well? Literally open up your religious texts and read it. There is shaming written there of all sorts of behaviors, and oh no, there are even "fear tactics" used, like the mention of punishment! Become religious and then mind their own business. Problem solved. They can get their equally virgin partner. Shaming people that they don't want for existing? No, just as I don't slut shame men that sleep around. Sexual shaming is sexual shaming.

Some things do indicate much less attraction, like what the OP describes. It's why I will only marry a virgin as a virgin too. I'm not accepting less than what I want. Would you stay with or want a man that makes you feel less valued in any way? I would hope not.

That's basically our equivalent to that situation though. They know nothing about each other and are willing to risk pregnancy and life ending stds after a few dates. That's terrifying. You don't put your health and trust into someone that you've just met. That's insane.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/23 05:06 AM

I don't either, but wouldn't you find it a bit strange if you met a woman tonight and tomorrow she was willing to marry you without any further information and didn't care if you were a good fit or what type of character you carry? You wouldn't question her sanity or morals?

Because parenting isn't a skill set to be acquired. It's more than cooking them dinner or washing clothes. It's you wanting to be with them. If you don't want kids then it stands to reason that you don't want to be forced to dedicated almost all of your free time to them for multiple years.

It's true, but also not true. Are some people more sexuslly attractive than others? Yes. Does that mean that they're the only ones having sex? No. It's like saying that these top percentage of men are regularly having sex with below average women. There no need for those guys to do that when more attractive women want them. It's more likely that the most unattractive of both genders are unwanted by all, including each other, but some guys will use them as free prostitutes.

I think it's a whole mess of guys, but the situation is the same with women. Having casual sex once makes you a participant, but so does doing it with 100 different partners. Are most men participating constantly and consistently? No, but it's the same for women too. Which is why many guys also complain about how it's "easier" for women to do it. Can they do it? Most likely. Is it going to be the 18 year old cheerleader that they really want? No. Is it going to be on demand? No.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 10:51 PM

No, not really. I think if anything it comes from a fear of rejection or is a bad attempt at manipulation. Not in a "nice guy" secretly an ass kind of way, but she has no reason to not like me now kind of way. Neither of these are a niceness issue.

I don't believe that it's only a small minority. I have seen many men say that if they can't have casual sex then women shouldn't be able to have casual sex, because it's not fair. Many men that have slept around also seem to feel an entitlement to a virgin wife, "because it's different". I don't think it matter what a woman chooses to do, because she's a bitch to someone either way.

/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/23 02:04 PM

Any standard is legitimate. I only dated virgins waiting for marriage. Is your standard realistic? That's only your problem too if it's not and you can't find that partner.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/23 01:55 PM
5

Paranoia or weird behaviour. Those sites existing and women subscribing doesn't show any sort of rate that they're dating the same guy.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/23 03:23 PM
1

I feel for her, but this isn't a case of trying to have it all. She's upset because of a divorce settlement and that was her last realistic chance at pregnancy because of multiple factors. Can you have it all if one spouse decides they no longer want the same dream and leave? No, but I don't see men or women claiming that is having it all.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/23 10:11 AM
5

It's also wrong to choose a promiscuous woman and then justify cheating for your past failures. That's not her fault and you want to her to be punished with a cheater and possibly exposed to stds because you failed earlier? Hell no. Choose a non promiscuous woman. You can't get one? You're the problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/23 08:40 PM
5

Yes, and my partner had to be a virgin intentionally waiting for marriage.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/23 08:24 PM
6

A woman should choose to wait to not end up with an admitted sexual failure with no morals that chooses to cheat? I don't think so. You choose not to see a prostitute despite your "suffering". You choose to commit to promiscuous women too. You're looking for reasons to justify your behaviour. This is why l only dated virgins. I can't deal with hypocrisy.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/23 07:58 PM

Yes, but she doesn't want to feel like the woman you settled for and wants the same experiences. That doesn't mean she doesn't want you.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/23 07:45 PM

Cool, but you were in admitted relationships with at least 2 used up snatches. Your actions don't match your words. You do chase it and even commit to it. That's fine. It's your life.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/23 04:32 PM
2

So you were indeed chasing that "used up snatch" and not biologically grossed out by having sex with multiple "used up snatches". Thanks for admitting it.

Maybe she's a gay man.

/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/23 04:21 PM

You're 27 and you slept with 8 unicorn virgins that gave you every sexual experience under the sun??
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/23 04:14 PM
2

How old are you and how many relationships have you been in?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/23 04:11 PM
4

You're claiming to be biologically wired to be grossed out by women you seek out for casual sex? After you explain that explain how you end up needing to make up for "missed sexual experience" and how this is tied to be grossed out by sluts. Why are you staying with a woman that biologically grosses you out? Why are you chasing them for sex? I can't be attracted to a man that has sex with people that gross him out. Sorry, but that's biological too and why he must be a virgjn.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/23 04:03 PM
6

We hear you and we don't care. I don't know you think women aren't sexually attracted to multiple men too. If you want to screw around then expect her to do the same.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/23 03:57 PM

Women can do the same if they also find out. It's either wrong or it's not and apparently it's not wrong.

Yes, it is typical to leave people that lie about important things.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/23 03:49 PM

You can't expect girls to not fuck around while you do. We also want sex.

/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/23 07:03 PM

because if I'm too upfront about my intentions, they will always say they don't know what they want now or in the future This is a polite way of saying no. Be upfront and take that as a no and a yes as a yes. If they say yes ask them to pick a day and time that works for them. It leaves it in their court. If they say they're busy it means no. If they eagerly plan a date it means yes. If a woman isn't equally participating and reciprocating in physical contact take it as a no and back off.

Many people don't want to be tied down in a relationship or to be in a relationship with someone they don't want. If you're saying that the top 20% are all sleeping around they would identify as single not in the other 40%.

You can not control who you find attractive. Your brain doesn't shut off because you're in a relationship. You can control your actions to not intentionally sexualize people. You can't control their being hot. To me, my gf is the only woman I’m sexually attracted to. But that's not how you answered their question. You said according to your words, "I have a gf." Those aren't the same. I have a gf sounds like l would get in trouble for answering rather than I don't find others attractive.

I know. The question isn't would you cheat on your gf to have sex with x. The question comes down to are you sexually attracted to her and there's nothing wrong with answering honestly.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/23 11:51 AM

The question is are you sexually attracted to her. No one should realistically be offended by that. They didn't ask would you cheat on your gf with X or do X right now.

Becky's responsibility to her marriage and husband was tell him how she was feeling BEFORE it happened. Now she needs other people to hold her accountable? Hell no. She didn't. She got caught. That's totally different. She took no accountability until it was forced upon he…

Many also have boyfriends from high school, that they met on break, guys that work on campus, or a nice guy they met out with friends. Some aren't looking for commitment and date casually with multiple men while they do the same. They date other guys too, even guys without a degree. Some date slightly older guys, but I have never seen any girl say that there aren't men to date. Can you show anything that says girls in college can't find a date because men aren't available?

Women in college date men also in college. Are you unaware of hook up culture or parties? Do you think that nothing is happening at them? You're not aware of the relationships happening in social groups? Women are dating guys that are also in university.

Vs numbers of people who attend college and women saying they are having issues finding men. Finding men they want a relationship with, not dates. Those studies have been pointed out flawed because most women think they are in a relationship and the men don't. They're still dating and not single, regardless of it's monogamous or not. Where are they meeting their partners?? It's through social circles at work, school, church, family, friends, activities social activites.

/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/23 05:05 PM

Uh in person is heavily dependent on having an existing network. You are 100% correct. Why don't these men have existing social networks? Where are their friends? Where are the people they go out with and meet new people through them? You have some kind of social issues if you don't have that.

That applies to social media as well, where even a shredded 6’2” model gets only a hundred or so likes and comments and almost entirely from unattractive, overweight or trashy women. Meanwhile a barely above average woman throws some makeup on and racks up hundreds, even thousands of likes, heart reacts and comments from men and women alike gushing about how unbelievably beautiful they are. From OP on the this thread.

There are 0 other options! None! Zilch! You can't meet people out, through friends, at school, through church, sports, clubs, work, or anything else. It's an app or nothing! If you're fortunate enough to have a female give you attention she's ugly and overweight. You, the 6'2 male model, get nothing compared to the average woman with make up! Nothing!! The struggle is real! Acknowledge their struggle, Lift!

/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/23 02:03 PM

She doesn't need to lord it over you to feel that way. Feelings are not the same as actions, but her actions do include commenting negatively on men that earn less. She was apparently open about it concerning her brother in law. Stuff that makes me feel she's above me is when she tells me to clean my room like she's my mother or something, its like, dude, its my room. That's exactly what she's doing.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/23 02:00 PM

You need to decide if you're okay with that, but I wouldn't be okay with my partner ever feeling like they're above me. Her actions don't control her views either. She can be "the woman" to you and still view you as submissive or below her.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/23 01:51 PM

What does keeping it to yourself mean? I would talk to my parents, grandparents, or pastors if I felt that I needed help with something in my relationship. Gossiping or casually talking about it with friends? Absolutely not.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/23 01:40 PM

No, the question at hand from OP is why does any woman think that any of her male friends are only friends rather than orbiter. He's basically saying that men can't be friends with any gender that they find attractive without wanting more. If you have a male friend attracted to your gender he must secretly be an orbiter and not capable of not wanting to screw you. Your sexuality, relationship status, or their own makes no difference. If he is a man he wants to screw you.

Not dating someone is very different than calling them whores, referring to their kids as bastards or Chad spawn, or calling men that choose to be there a cuck.

Why do you think people don't view adoptive parents with the same stigma as step parents? Both choose to love and parent a child that they didn't create. Why is only one seen as a negative in general?

The gay friend would know that the other friend was straight at the start of the relationship. Strange that he didn't exclude lesbians for this question. Oh wait, what was that? It doesn't stop an orbiter? What about women they meet that are in relationships? Oh wait, that doesn't matter either. What about when a woman says she's not interested? No, that doesn't matter. The other part is that, even if the gay man develops attraction for the gay man, I think the straight man might have empathy fo…

Also you How is this even remotely similar? The gay friend would know that the other friend is straight. So please tell me, do men worry that their bi/gay male friends are secretly waiting to date them or have sex since men are apparently incapable of platonic friendships with the gender their attracted to sexuall?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/23 06:26 PM

With that logic your gay/bi friends may be orbiters. Your being straight doesn't stop them from being attracted to you.

Do men think that any gay or bi male friend is secretly waiting for the chance to date or have sex with them based on this same logic?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/23 02:45 PM

If he's trying to have sex then we have different values and are not compatible. That's the end of it.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/23 02:30 PM

It absolutely works that way. Either you think every single man is ugly or all men are secretly gay for that to be true. You know when someone is objectively attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/23 02:27 PM

Like if he was a virgin for religious reasons he probably wouldn't have too much relationship experience either We don't marry the first person we date. We date to find the right partner.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/23 02:26 PM

That means nothing to me. He has to be a virgin for religious reasons or there's no chance of any relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/23 02:23 PM

Many of my guy friends are physically attractive. That doesn't mean I find them sexually attractive or want them. It means they're objectively attractive people. Finding someone attractive doesn't equal wanting them.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/23 02:18 PM

Different people have different values. It's the same with men choosing partners. Some won't care about her body count and others will care. For me he has to be a virgin waiting for religious reasons. He can't be someone that has tried and failed and I don't want a partner that doesn't have experience with relationships in his mid 20's when I am looking for "the one".
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/23 02:14 PM

They're not waiting for a chance because they're not single and they know that there is none. That's not an orbiter.

Suggesting that women should be grateful to have anyone they aren't attracted to use them as a free prostitute is not a privilege and has the same appeal as it does for you, but again, you can go chase morbidly obese ugly women too. You already said you didn't want that.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/23 09:45 PM

Do you say that to other women ? Or you just say that to men because except the men you value, anything else is disposable therefore not important ? I tell them not to have casual sex if that's not what they want and to not use sex to try to get relationships. Why would I say anything different? I didn't say men are trash. I said if you expect women to have sex with people that they're not attracted to sexually then you should be willing to do the same. That's equality.

It makes perfect sense if you think of women as property and sex as something they shouldn't want or "give" to men. They have also never heard of rekeying a lock.

Once again, you are doing what I despite in this convo. Not acknowledging women pick bad men. And instead redirecting the fault on me or the men seeing it. Do you know good men in relationships or not? These men were picked by women. But when men remark women pick assholes most of the time, it is men should pick better friends. I guess that's a yes, most of the partnered men you know must be assholes because that's what most women pick.

I don't know any women who have been victim of sexual harassment. All women I know can clearly spot a bad man and avoid these uncomfortable situations. It's not hard depending on your social circles. I grew up with more conservative religious circles and most of my friends have also made the choice to wait until marriage. What kind of parents sign papers to let their 16 year old get married to a 27 year old? That is child abuse.

I'm 23 and he's 26. We're getting married in October, but we don't plan on adopting kids for at least 5 or 6 years.

Shaming a sexual history is the same behaviour from all sides. Men and women, in general, both do it and people are often hypocrites. I often see men complaining about not wanting a girl that slept around and then also complain about virgin shaming. It definitely goes both ways. I only dated virgins because I am one and wanted the same in a partner.

Men are offended when women won't have sex with them too. Is anyone rightfully offended? No.

I think the way it was worded here is too open to interpretation: including the unnecessary ‘Exist’ makes it seem like bragging to some, while others understand it is hard to exist while breastfeeding The guy left out the entire second part of the tweet where she said marriage and parenting is a team effort and a real traditional marriage is not all on the woman to get those things done alone. They pick up the slack for each other. He very conveniently left that out as well as classifying her as…

But what does a a Red Pill man bring to the table? A non-traditional man that wants a traditional woman for one sided commitment.

Do you think men rightfully should feel offended if he has to have money before you date him? No, because no one is rightfully offended when any individual doesn't want them or has standards. It's their life to live. Are women rightfully offended when men won't date single moms, fat ugly women, or ones with a sexually promiscuous past?

Pull the trigger. Neither of these are happening and the decision being made for you amounts to sexual assault. Would you rather be assaulted by a handsome guy or an ugly guy? Is that choice really going to make a difference for you as a straight man?

I couldn't do either one. I would feel violated and probably throw up on either of them if they attempted to kiss me. If you want to put a gun to my head then go ahead and pull the trigger. I am not gay or attracted to ugly people. Just kill me.

I have no issue if someone my age, 23, wants to date a 30 year old that they connected with naturally. It's not creepy. It's creepy when 30 year old men are telling me that they're in the same life stage, should be attractive to me, and I'm weird for not wanting them. No, keep it moving.

We're both virgins, but I don't think it's strange. I think it's more strange that you don't know this person, but you know their sexual history, and are concerned about random Facebook likes. I could see concern if there was continous frequent contact between them, or flirting, but I wouldn't worry about random social media activity.

Would you want to date that type of woman that is regularly at bars and out partying? That behaviour says something to me. It's not a moral or character judgment, but it's not compatible with my values or life. I wouldn't want someone like that even if they stopped.

But you did. People have different behaviors from when they are single vs when they are dating. When you're single you only have to worry about your happiness. When you're in a relationship you have to also consider the happiness of your partner. Idk just me if my partner came and simply asked me to wear less revealing clothes, which is very reasonable, I'd do it because their happiness is more important to me than getting attention from random people I don't know.

I never said those can’t be deal breakers. The point you’re not getting is if your fiancé meets all those criteria but she happens to listen to Taylor swift and you have Taylor swift would you break off your engagement over that? Not liking something isn't the same as a disagreement or even a deal breaker, but your deal breakers can be anything. You are free to remain single for life. Thank fucking god you’re f…

It's up to each individual what is, not you or me. They can decide for themselves what is unreasonable and many other people on this thread also found it unreasonable. Everything can actually be a deal breaker, because most people don't want to compromise on what matters to them and you don't get to tell them what matters. For me it's that he has to be an attractive Christian virgin with matching political values and social beliefs. There's 0 compromise available in there, absolutely 0. That's a…

Ahh yes because you’re going to find someone who is perfectly 100% compatible with you. Likes everything you do. Has the same dislikes. Agrees with everything you say or think. For things that matter to me? Yes! Why would I be with any man that doesn't share my values? My values matter as much as his own and it's important that they match or i would rather be single. Imagine being with someone in college. They play 8 hours of video games a day. Is it unacceptable to expect them to not do that when you both have careers and a kid? It's perfectly reasonable to expect change in someone, especially something like spending half your day playing video games. So yes it’s acceptable. Doesn’t mean that I would agree to it. However, some people absolutely would be. It’s called negotiation. This thread is not about compromise and negotiation. It's about "boundaries vs controlling behaviour" with what they can't do simply because you are now their partner. That is a demand. Is it reasonable for your new gf to demand that you stop golfing during these days and times to be with her instead or stop riding a motorcycle because you decided to be exclusive? No,…

I'm not. I am asking how is it okay to date and pursue a relationship with someone that you don't find acceptable and then expecting them to change for you. Can you answer that or not?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/23 07:12 PM
5

I like golf. If I have a wife and kids I absolutely would be open to playing less golf to spend time with my kids. Does that mean get rid of it altogether? Of course not. But that’s up for me and me wife to negotiate what that looks like. Not your wife and family. Your new gf says that you can only golf at these times for this long, because she expects that other time to be spent on her. Is that accept behaviour? Your gf says no motorcycle and expect you to stop. Acceptable?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/23 07:09 PM

The idea of it being off limits at all is again nonsense. That is what OP is saying. It's reasonable to him and she would be willing to do it for his happiness.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/23 07:03 PM
6

Why are you dating and pursuing a relationship with someone that doesn't meet your expectations for dressing appropriately?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/23 06:58 PM
9

Do you think it's reasonable to date and pursue someone that plays video games for 6 hours a day, become an official couple, and then tell that they can't play video games because you want that time spent on you? Is that an acceptable expectation for change? Because according to OP it is one.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/23 06:57 PM
10

You mean things that you have to agree to and can't expect? Yes, those things. You have to agree to monogamy. You have to agree to commitment. Also who says 5 minutes ago? OP did when he said that it's because you're now in a relationship with them and it's reasonable to expect them to want to make you happy by changing that behaviour.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/23 06:48 PM
11

Asking is not controlling. I never made that statement. Expecting her to dress differently, "because it's reasonable and she would want him to be happy", is controlling. No one said he can't ask, but he sure as hell can't expect only because they're in a relationship now.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/23 06:45 PM
8

No, you were fine with her behaviour when you met her dressing revealing and posting thirst traps. She was attractive and you pursued a relationship. Expecting her to now dress or act differently only because you're official is controlling. You were okay with it until that point and she didn't agree to this change is you're saying dress differently, because l have boundaries.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/23 06:28 PM
15

She was dating other men too and you agreed to become monogamous in that relationship. You can also agree to keep seeing other people. She can agree to wear less revealing clothes and she can also say no, that's not acceptable. You can't tell someone what to do and expect them to do it because it's what YOU alone want and it was never a problem before.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/23 06:17 PM
7

I would have no problem with a partner expecting someone to grow, mature etc appropriately. Is not that same l now expect you to stop doing the things that made you attractive to me and I enjoyed 5 mins ago because we are now "official".
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/23 06:11 PM
8

I don't wear revealing clothing of any sort unless it's a party dress, but I would absolutely not change how I dress because it was what he wanted. He can go find a woman that likes that and leave me to be happy on my own.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/23 06:05 PM

To improve the relationship? Yes, but because you want something doesn't improve the relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/23 05:30 PM

Changes on our own? Yes. We decided to spend more time together rather than with friends. That is completely unrelated to a boubdary. Changes that either of us asked for? There were none.

Do you think the happiness of your partner is importnat Not if he wants to be in a relationship with someone that isn't me and who he dated and claimed to want. No, absolutely not. I don't date people that I don't want and my expectations and boundaries for their behaviour do not change because we both single or in a relationship together.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/23 05:24 PM
9

I'm engaged to a man that loves me exactly the way I am now and still the same as the day we met. I feel the same about him and I wouldn't want to be in a relationship with someone that wasn't already what I wanted in a partner.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/23 05:19 PM
11

Idk just me if my partner came and simply asked me to wear less revealing clothes, which is very reasonable, I'd do it because their happiness is more important to me than getting attention from random people I don't know. I have a boundary about not changing my behaviour that was acceptable and even attractive to you because you have developed an insecurity and nothing else has changed. That's a boundary and a break up.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/23 05:17 PM
13

It is controlling when you expect someone different in a relationship. That's not a boundary. You wouldn't have been dating them of it were a boundary.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/23 05:13 PM
15

You think it's a terrible idea for your partner to not expect you to be the person you chose and presented yourself to be with them? That's new. Why else did you select them? For what they could be? How much time are you willing to waste waiting to see if that turn into that person?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/23 05:06 PM
12

What if you didn't know the person you were dating took meth before you started dating them. Are you controlling because you try to get them to stop? Full stop instant break up, because I don't date meth addicts. If something is unacceptable to me then it's 100% on me to find a compatible partner. It is not on the partner I chose to mould themselves into what I decided I now want from them. You didn't know these girls were dressing like that when you dated them and posting thirst traps??
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/23 05:03 PM

If she was never promiscuous, there is NO comparison (esp sleeping with half people in the same city) and you'll never wonder why sex is BAD I am a virgin. Being a virgin doesn't mean that I don't know if something feels good or not. We'd still know what bad sex is when something is unpleasant.

I see the disconnect now. Depends on how serious things get, or if you're even looking for something that serious. I don't date casually or have sex. There's no need for me to play games. Most men are perfectly capable of having the conversation, it's just that women don't like it when we bring it up because by and large, they want us to pay. Do you really want to date someone that you can't talk to because they won't like the conversation? There will be much more difficult conversations than splitting a bill. I think the other one is better, but if you don't get there before her you can try this. I'm sorry, but this makes you look like a bitch that's intimidated by women. My very best friend happens to be a guy and there is literally nothing that I can't talk to him about. I do have friends that talk about sexual topics, but it's quite rare, even from the men. We have conversations about who we like and traits that we find attractive, but everyone tends to be respectful. I think it has much more to do with your lifestyle and individual values rather than gender. I wouldn't be friends or keep speaking to anyone that made me feel uncomfortable or disrespected.

No, it's saying that she views all men that way. That girl didn't say I see my man's house as a reflection of me. She said a man's house is a reflection of the woman that he is with, not herself, but any woman in a relationship with a man.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/23 07:27 PM
6

Yes, because kids have a mind of their own. I have a lot of very nice things. Is it an attack on men or not if I say that your woman's purse collection is a reflection of your worth as a partner? The only thing a man's house is a reflection of is if he's a slob or too poor to hire a maid.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/23 07:04 PM
15

“A Man’s House is a Reflection of the woman he's with" is most certainly an attack on women that aren't homemakers. Is your parent's house spotless? Hope so, because it means your mom is otherwise trash to her. She could have said I feel it's my responsibility to take care of my man and our home, but she didn't. She made it about other women and that is the problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/23 06:51 PM

Anyway, if women were judgemental about it then it would matter Many men on this sub constantly say "it's different" when sexually conservative women have the same standards for a partner. Many women are judgmental about it. It matters to anyone that cares about it. They don't need to lower their standards. What they need to realize is that the people they want don't need to lower their standards and accept them either.

My husband will be a virgin or there won't be a relationship. This premise is ridiculous outside of that. Your partner doesn't owe you something because they did something or tolerated it from an ex. People are allowed to have growing and have changing boundaries. Those boundaries are allowed to be applied to their spouse too.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/23 11:57 AM

I would leave him if he didn't meet my needs regardless of the reason. It's my responsibility to make certain that I choose a partner that meets my needs. He's clearly not the one in that situation. /r/PurplePillDebate15/04/23 09:23 PM

Also, that's a clever distinction between creating attraction and removing obstacles to attraction. You're not removing an obstacle from creating attraction. You're removing the thing that is ending it for their side.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/23 09:12 PM
5

Would you classify the classic PUA techniques like push-pull and negging as simply removing obstacles or are they examples of creating attraction? I don't think it works. The attraction was already there. Same for confidence. Some level of attraction was already there. I would recommend self improvement for yourself, because there's no guarantee that it will change anything else at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/23 09:09 PM
5

You can not create attraction, but you can have obstacles that turn others off. A lack of social skills will turn off most people making their initial interest end almost immediately. They'd be able to date with that issue removed. That's not creating attraction. That's removing an obstacle. It's not contradictory.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/23 08:48 PM

Figure out why they're single, and try to change it,, because most people aren't struggling to find partners whether they're women or men. Or get money and look for a gold digger. You can't create attraction or feelings if nothing is there for you. No amount of self improvement is going to give someone that.

I think of improving yourself as looking your best, improving your social skills, and working on your mental health. All 3 of those things are to YOUR benefit, but they may or may not attract help you attract a partner as well. Any self improvement should be about your benefit. There's nothing you can do or change that is going to guarantee attracting someone that wants you, but you should always want to be the best version of yourself whether single or in a relationship.

conservative (male friends are a no go, high bodycount is disgusting etc all those things) Neither of these things are traits of "conservative" people. I think it would be the same at any age for women. That's not going to be different with younger women.

This is the tough one, but I knew girls from overseas who came from more conservative cultures where it was the norm for older men to court younger women. One of those girls married a guy over 10 years her senior shortly after high school. His best bet may be to travel abroad either for a wife or to build experience and sort of reinvent himself in new environments. I don't disagree with this, but the fact remains that he's 40 and hasn't figured out what makes him undesirable. He has to figure th…

The market dictates your value, not you. It works that way for everyone. People get together because they are attracted to each other or whatever so what is attractive about a women that no one wanted that would make me want to date her? What would make any desirable woman want to date you? That's a genuine question, because it has to go both ways in order to have a relationship or sexual desire. You said you don't want a woman that is settling for you. That's understandable, but what do you bri…

So only you are allowed to want what you want? No one said that. Want all you want, but it doesn't become a problem when you don't get it. I would rather have stayed single than to be with someone that didn't fit what I wanted, but you also wouldn't find me online complaining that I have options, but I want better. Not to mention some men will be bitter because having no success until later on makes you look like a consolation prize (yes I know most people don't marry or stay with their first choice but that's different than having no success). I'm 23. I am not in the same stage of life of someone in their 30's because we are both virgins. I also don't want someone bitter or inexperienced with relationships either. I want a virgin. The…

So that's what I'm imagining when I talk about the moral obligation to say things you know probably matter to the other party. Even though you're not "in a relationship", you're spending time building a relationship with that person, so I find it reasonable to expect the woman to disclose certain things. Do you go out with friends? Have lunches and dinners? Invest time? Spend money? Do you expect them to tell you those things or would that be inappropriate for the relationship that you have with…

It's not morally wrong to do that, no. If someone wants a serious relationship and doesn't want just sex, they should be upfront about what they want. Because it's reasonable to assume that the guy might just want sex. It's now reasonable to assume that she's having casual sex then too, even with a fwb. If it's reasonable to assume a guy only wants sex then why does disclosing any other that matter until he says he wants a relationship with her? You have different expectations for women. It's no…

Would you expect any other female friend to disclose that to you? So you think the reasonable thing to do is to go on multiple dates with the guy, wait for him to ask the girl to be his GF, and then once they're officially BF and GF the woman says "Oh, btw, I've done 9 porn movies in my life, many of which had gangbang scenes. /r/PurplePillDebate09/04/23 08:12 PM

Do you think it's morally wrong for date women and have sex with them if they have no intention of having a long term relationship with them? If not then why does it matter? "I'll smash a hoe, but not commit to one." Do think it's morally wrong for a man to not disclose that past behaviour?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/23 08:09 PM

Before any relationship? No, not really. I would expect them to disclose it at that point, but not before then unless specifically asked.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/23 07:58 PM

I never dated men that I didn't know from social circles with a strong feel for their background. They were usually in my friend groups AND from church. I already know their histories and reputation and they know mine. Like, you probably care about knowing that a man you're interested in murdered someone in the past, but you'd probably not ask it. No one is admitting to that either, but you're a fool if you don't do a background check and allow yourself to be alone with that person.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/23 07:52 PM

I wouldn't date a guy that's not a virgin. What other people do is their private affairs until you have commitment. If it's important to you then ask.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/23 07:41 PM

I don't think any of that "needs" to be disclosed if you're not in a relationship, but I would also look at them and ask if they're still a virgin the moment they attempt to ask anything like that.

Well, women aren't entitled to the relationship either. A claim l have never made. I don't think people are entitled to sex or relationships. Ok and so why is it an issue to get married for sex? When the bible literally says its a good thing for you to get married and have sex within marriage if they are lustful. You're again saying something that I never said, but okay. I said the Bible says sex and marriage are not a need or a requirement. The OP said that sex is a need if you are religious, but it's not. You're creating your own argument.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/23 12:16 PM

It's a good thing that I've never made those claims. I quoted passages that show the Bible doesn't say sex or marriage is a need for anyone. Its literally a guide for how to live a good life and that includes relieving your sexual urges as a man. The Bible does say that lust or looking at anyone with lust in their heart is a sin. It says that it's better to be married and to have sex only with your spouse rather to be sexually immoral.

No, most minors have friends, sports, and social lives. They do not sit at home crying into the void about being unloved because they experience platonic love. There are other ways of getting your emotional needs met besides a partner. Pills have nothing to do with the natural biological impulses of preteens and teenagers for love, sex and companionship. I think approaching is fine, but do it where you would be comfortable being approached by a man as well. A nervous man following a guy through a parking lot to his car is going to look weird no matter what he wants. Be respectful, accept a no gracefully, and don't push into their personal space. If you can do those 3 things then it's perfectly fine to approach someone.

Would you want to be with a woman that didn't genuinely enjoy doing things with you or felt that she had to act a certain way to get the results that she wanted from you or do you want a woman that wants you? If a man was socially competent and comfortable in all of those situations it wouldn't make a difference, because we all "learn" our social skills throughout life. It would be strange and very noticeable to only have them related to one area of his life. That case wouldn't be learned social skills, but more like reading a script. Most guys do not give advice to another men about women and which one to avoid. We let them figure it out themselves. That has nothing to do with did they know. Did they know better? That's a personal opinion, not a lack of awareness of their past actions.

Do you really think that some random person in their school knows all of these details about their being exposed and their partner from the same school isn't aware too? They know this doctor married a stripper and the doctor doesn't know he married a sex worker? People in your condo complex somehow know details of your sex life and you don't have a reputation? Yes, these people know. They clearly don't care.

Are these men ugly or suffering from some social deficit that prevents women from dating them like every other guy? Most men are dating, having sex, and getting relationships. Women are already interested in them if they're not ugly or suffering from social/mental issues.

That l see regularly outside of that group? Maybe 10-12. Do you think that you have the average male life if they're struggling to socialize or have friends? You're commenting about hooking up with some of your friends or how women are very friendly and will talk to you at a bar if you have the tiniest bit of confidence. Those same women will invite you to sit and talk to their friends. You're not in a relationship or needing to rely on it to network. What makes you different than them?

You only have experience with men who have gotten by but still nonetheless rely on relationships as a form of social networking That's not even close to the truth. We've known each other since we were children and grew up together in church. They're not relying on their relationships for a social circle. The tricky part is that a lot of women are sluts for one kind of guy, but they play "good girls" for other guys. I do vet them, and I am going to sniff out such games but it's still a huge waste of time, it makes dating a shitty experience. I had the same experience with men that lie. They chased the crazy for sex and then "found God again". That's great, now go a find a new date too.

A lack of self respect and self esteem that causes many girls to "try to fit in" with society. It's the same with men. I don't think that there's anything specific to a gender.

Their potential partners shouldn't have to settle either if that's not for them, because no one has to date anyone that they don't want. It has nothing to do with a sisterhood.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/23 05:21 PM

Explain to me where I said anything like that. I said it does nothing for a woman waiting for marriage to accept less than a man that is also intentionally waiting for marriage. You are free to do what you want.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/23 04:54 PM
4

It really depends on their beliefs of why they are waiting and what they personally want. It's not something you can apply broadly.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/23 04:30 PM
5

You're free to disagree, but it's not wanted in my experience with my social circles of intentionally waiting women and we intentionally seek men also waiting for marriage too. Different experiences and desires for different people. Religious people looking for religious partners tend to want them to actually follow their faith. Never kissed and never had a relationship are not the same as a virgin until marriage.

Your sperm your choice. Once you deposit that sperm and risk pregnancy it's not about you anymore to think what's best for you and what's not best for you, but what's best for the child. It just goes to show why statistics say 27% of single fathers never have contact with their children and don't do any job raising them. Children do better with parents that want to be parents raising them. Nothing is preventing those men from following up and filing a paternity suit besides not wanting it. Don't…

Why does anyone feel a need to justify it or randomly talk about it where it needs justification? Look for partners you want and move along when someone doesn't fit your lifestyle. I think feeling that you need to justify something indicates a level of shame. There's no need to shame anyone that chooses to live differently than yourself.

Being legally allowed to act in your own best interest by notify some one of paternity is a privilege. Men have the same right. They have the right to pursue paternity or deny it and ignore her. Receiving a financial benefit from a man for conceiving a child illegally is a legal privilege. Child support isn't for the mother. It's no privilege to her. It's for your child that you conceived. Being given a financial payment for carrying a child to term with out a man’s consent is a legal privilege.…

What privilege does any woman have that stops a paternity suit? None. There's no privilege for women in not being forced to act for the man.

You edited your comment. Paternity can be legally compelled. You have no argument that it's not. Any man can file a claim at any point and claim he is the father and have his rights and responsibilities enforced. What you are asking for is that it's on women to be legally accountable for men that don't keep up with women they had sex with to compel them to be fathers. The court disagrees, just as the court has made it available for any man to make that claim. It's on him if he wants it and she d…

Let me apply your logic to the legal system. imagine being convicted of a crime and sentenced to jail with out being NOTIFIED of the trial and the court telling you “[your] not keeping up on [your] responsibility”. 😂🤣😂 that’s funny. That actually happens and is perfectly legal. Not going to court or getting the notice can still end in conviction and sentencing, so go ahead. Just like not showing up for a paternity case will result in an automatic finding of paternity and result in child support …

What right? The right to not name a father that's doing nothing to be named? The same right that he is acting out now becomes a woman's special privilege. No, that's bs and another time men don't want to take accountability for their actions and blame women for not doing it for them.

How is does a man know to file if he wasn’t notified of the pregnancy or birth? That's on the man if he's not keeping up on his responsibilities. If you screw random women and walk away you can't complain that she didn't keep up with the legwork of your mistakes too. She's already handling the pregnancy and baby. Be a man and follow up. Do you have a better solution to protect the child’s right to financial support then to to compel women by infringe on a women’s privilege of government subsidies. This already happens! You have to name the father for benefits for that reason. Under US law a women gets yo choose to name the father. If she chooses not to name the father that would mean she is violating the “child’s inherent right”, Under US law if you, any man, can file for paternity too. That's not her choice in any way. You would have to compel mothers to establish paternity by denying government subsidies until the father paternity is established. You have to name a father for that. The state then goes after him for that money back, because it's the child's right to be well cared for financially. The state sues him for owed money to them and also orders child support to the mother. The child has an inherent right to financial support from both legal parents. A woman was raped and notified the police. When she filed for welfare the court named him the father and demanded child support. He got shared custody by default.

You're the one claiming that abortion is fully legal across the US when it's not. That was your point. What was the point of your stating things that are not true? There are no federal laws that stop any one from traveling to get one. States are trying to pass laws to make it a crime for their citizens to have them elsewhere. I think anyone that cheats or knowingly sleeps with people in relationships is extremely low value as a potential partner regardless of their gender. When someone of the opposite gender rejects you; they are saying the unspoken part out loud. If l reject someone it means nothing more than I don't find you attractive or think that we would be compatible. I have rejected guys for many reasons, but not ever once was it I think I am better than you.

Why would women compete for men that can't get the type of women that they want? That doesn't make sense. If you're an attractive as a partner you don't have issues getting what you want unless you're looking for something that you can't offer, like being ugly and wanting someone attractive.

You're not wrong, but it's because men don't get pregnant and it's bodily autonomy. Men have to accept that they can't choose for her under any circumstance and sex might lead to a child. They know that they have no consent in terms of pregnancy. It can never be fair.

I think giving men this option would just lead to even more irresponsible behavior. So many already refuse to wear condoms or take accountability for their actions that led to the pregnancy/child. No, you both made a choice to have sex and risk a child being born. Since her body is life support for 9 months she gets to decide if she wants an abortion. Your two year old is not on life support. Your 2 year old could survive if placed in another home. They have their own body functions keeping them alive. People on life support do not.

Because only one of them is pregnant. Only one of them is at risk from a pregnancy or abortion.

To identify paternity. If every one is listed then so is the father to be immediately notified of his responsibilities. No paternity fraud, no hidden children, and no running away from your responsibilities. I’m sorry but what??? Why would there be criminal charges for getting back into a child’s life? That’s not in the best interest of the child. If you terminate your rights you are no longer the father. You have no rights and you are harassing someone else's child. That's a crime everywhere.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/23 12:37 PM

Don't you? No. I don't think it's murder to remove support when a family can't afford hundreds of thousands of dollars and a duty to for care because you can't survive on your own.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/23 12:31 PM

I support a DNA database for all men from birth to identify their paternity by default and no, they shouldn't have to pay for kids that aren't theirs. Paternity testing can be done with a blood test very early in pregnancy too. A man should have to pay support for kids that are his or sign away his rights completely and be eligible for criminal charges and full back child support if he tries to contact the child at any point.

It can't survive without the woman's life support. Are you religious? I actually am and the Bible says life begins with the first breath. Genesis 2:7, He “breathed into his nostrils the breath of life and it was then that the man became a living being.” It doesn't breathe and can't breathe. I'm not saying that you can't consider it a baby. I'm saying other people are entitled to their beliefs and to act accordingly. Women shouldn't be denied a medical procedure because of your beliefs. It's not a baby at that point. It can't be born or survive on It's own. It can't breathe. Viability is something like 24 weeks with medical technology like ventilators to keep it alive. This is from a pregnancy site for women keeping track. At 13 weeks, your baby is as big as a lemon. Your 13-week fetus is about 2.9 inches long and weighs about .81 ounces, and proportion-wise, their head is now about 1/3 the size of the body instead of 1/2. 93% of abortions are done within 7 weeks of a woman missing her period or being able to test positive and the majority are apparently done within 3 weeks of it. That's not a long wait.

😂 You believe they're infants, but if you kill them early enough for your liking it's okay. The majority of abortions occur in the first trimester according to statistics and 2nd trimester abortions are because the fetus has severe medical problems that couldn't be found earlier. When exactly does it become wrong for a doctor to perform a medical procedure?

I wouldn't be against them if men were forced to terminate their rights and faced criminal consequences of harassment and owed full child support for attempting make contact with the child in any way. Abortion is a medical procedure for a woman. Pregnancy and child birth has 0 physical or emotional impact on men. Child support has nothing to do with gender. It's owed by both parents under the law and is the right of the child.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/23 05:26 AM
1

Can a woman give up a child without the father's permission because he doesn't want to help? No. Can a woman abandon the child on him without paying support? No. Those are equal. Choosing to parent is about adoption. Abortion is about the right to not be forced to not endure a physical pregnancy, which men can never experience.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/23 05:22 AM

That's what they're trying to do in many places and those places can do what they want.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/23 05:19 AM

I never said that they were equivalent. I said men have unopposed access to birth control and sterilization of their own. I also said child abandonment, aka paper abortion, is not equivalent to a medical procedure that carries risks and consequences for the woman.

Feminists always insist on body autonomy but drop the ball when it comes to bodily autonomy of men. Where is financially supporting your child violating your bodily autonomy? Women don't want accountability for their own actions. They want abortions to be legal, but STILL want to force 18 years of man's financial life for their "right." if they choose so Abortion is a consequence. It's a painful medical procedure that carries risk. The government decided that children have an inherent to financi…
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/23 05:14 AM

You can feel that way, but the rest of society that had no say in your child's birth also feels that they have no burden to support your child.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/23 05:09 AM

That’s a false equivalence. The equivalent example of abortion for a man is paper abortion. No. A medical procedure that carries risks pertaining to only her body is not the same as a man having the ability to remove a born child's inherent right to financial support from both parents or abandoning a child without consent of the other legal parent. Paper abortion is child abandonment.

/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/23 05:04 AM

I would support it if that meant that men can not have any contact with the child, are charged with harassment, and are forced to pay all 18 years of child support if they do attempt to contact them.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/23 12:22 AM

Child support is not about being ready to be a father. Governments don't force any contact. They enforce a child's right to financial support. A father has that choice us protection or don't have sex.

You said men should be able to choose to not parent financially before 10 weeks. Abortion is about bodily autonomy, not abandonment or finances. They're not related. There's no autonomy issue happening.

Did you miss the part requiring criminal conviction or clear convincing evidence for it to end it? That's if the court considers it "real rape" and not she said no and it still happened. A conviction or evidence doesn't guarantee it either. It all comes down to a judge. Every state in America requires males who were sexually assaulted to pay child support to their rapists. You said I am confusing compatibility and equality and brought up doms and subs as a point as some strange counterpoint. They both choose actively to be in those roles and subs don't stay with people that they don't agree with or submit to things that they don't actually want to do. Their views have aligned and they actually have equal power. They can leave the moment that they disagree. That's an equal relationship. Inequality is not having an equal say in the relationship, which doesn't exist …

If l had to pick it one it would be the virgin, but I wouldn't date a man without relationship experience. I need to know why he hasn't had a relationship before now and why he is suddenly capable of having one if he wanted one previously or why he suddenly wants one if he didn't before.

It's not about an equal or unequal relationship. It's about wanting the same things as your partner. If you don't want what they want then it becomes an issue or authority that doesn't happen if you're genuinely compatible.

You don't sound "pilled" at all. You're looking for an equal relationship with someone that can be your best friend and is mentally stable to not seek attention from random people and make sound decisions with you. It would only become red pilled if you like and if she can't then I make the decisions. You can't make someone compatible with you by making decisions for them. People confuse love and feelings with a willingness to tolerate any circumstances or treatment from that person. Feelings and putting up with things are not the same. You can love someone that abuses you and realize that you can't be with them for your safety. Staying isn't love. You can love your heroin addicted brother that robs your house too. It doesn't mean you need to give him the keys and trust him to show that.

I would say the least painful way is for either party to just explain their position and (ideally) not be shallow and provide a realistic reason for the incompatibility, so that the "losing" party can improve on themselves if possible. Physical attraction is inherently shallow. It doesn't make someone a bad person to not be or to not find someone else attractive, but it also can't be controlled. It can be easier if you're willing to settle, because everyone single in that age bracket realizes they're no prize. The average age of marriage for men in North America is roughly 32. If you're single at 40 It's because either no one wants you or you don't want to be tied down. The only way to be selected and not be actually desirable is to have money and be used for it, or to be with someone equally undesirable. Money is attractive, but it doesn't make the man attractive. You're pretty screwed…

That's not what I said at all. I never said him paying more or him helping at home makes her a prostitute. I said she's a prostitute if he's paying it all and then doing everything at home while she provides nothing but sex. Relationships cannot be one sided unless someone is being used.

I covered that much earlier in another comment. Nevada only allows licensed brothels and only occuring in those brothels. All other forms of prostitution are considered illegal and punishable by arrest. The escorts themselves have to be registered with the office of the sheriff and undergo continuous health testing. There are several laws regarding it.

They were married in Nevada and Nevada has a clause in their law saying it's void if the agreement was severely unfair (unconscionable) when it was signed; and before signing the agreement. Saying sex is required would fall under that since it would violate consent and bodily autonomy.

No, you can have a clause about cheating. That's perfectly legal, because it doesn't violate their consent to have sex with you or not. The other clause voids it because you are saying have sex with me or l have the right to legally punish you with this piece of paper and the court. That's going to be considered coercion or prostitution and both are illegal. You can definitely have an infidelity clause that has a financial penalty in the divorce if you can prove cheating. Yes, but this entire thread was sparked by saying you can put sexual demands in a prenup. You can, but it also voids the prenup and is not enforceable by a court. Any divorce for any normal reason would result in a prenup being enforced as long as it doesn't violate any standing laws. You can divorce for a lack of sex, but you can't stipulate that you give me this much sex or these acts or I can financially punish you and divorce over it.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/02/23 10:31 PM

That's true, but a sexual clause for a demand for sex can't be a part of it. It would void that. The terms of the prenup would apply to other things.

I can't speak for any woman except myself, but I am a woman. Not all women see it that way and men make a choice to tolerate women that do. I didn't say only. Sex isn't a gift and women don't see it that way. It's a problem if men see sex as a gift or something that they should be getting. Sex should be occurring as a natural result of desire and a happy home. Most relationships are not prostitution or men doing everything. All relationships are conditional and they have to be, but you choose the conditions that you allow yourself to live under and no one else.
