If you live in an apartment, how do you build stuff with your hands? I would love to get into carpentry but I live in a small condo and don't have room to set up a workshop, not to mention the noise complaints I'd get. Do you rent a workshop somewhere?

Is it really this common for adult men to cry? I honestly haven't cried in like 15 years. The saddest I've been in my adult life was when a close relative died, but even then I didn't cry. I didn't try to hold it back, it just didn't happen.

Several years ago I bought a pullup bar (the kind that hangs in the doorframe) and a bunch of dumbells and used them daily (along with lots of pushups) and although I did notice some gains, the gains were very minor, I did not start noticing serious gains until I started going to the gym. If you want to get buff you will have to go to a real gym. Unless you got the space and money to set up a real gym at home.

I don't start cold but I will often switch between hot and cold during the shower. Supposedly the shock from the rapid change in temp is good for the body. In Finland they sit in a hit sauna then jump in an icy river for the same effect.

Most men don't need any therapy to father kids well into old age. Yes your sperm count falls as you age, but you only need 1 to fertilize that egg. James Doohan (Scotty from Star Trek) fathered a kid at 80. I'm not a big fan of Cruise but he did handle that well. Compare that to Alec Baldwin's run-ins with the paparazzi. I can't remember who said it, but somebody said "He who gets mad first loses" and that quote has always stuck with me.
