Traditionally, the format for posts here is: TL;DR Post body, in logical order, broken into paragraphs. A quick summary of lessons learned, or a slightly longer version of TL;DR. You seem to be letting the Effort Heuristic get to you. Most people give added value to something that took them longer to make or acquire. This is a fallacy. Just because I spent all afternoon cooking doesn't mean it's still not the worst meal you've ever tasted.

If that is the case then don't block her texts. Instead document everything. I would STILL have a record of a denied restraining order. Trying to get one will at least look better in court, should it come to that. Remember that this is certainly mental abuse you're receiving. Document, document, document....

I believe that not mentioning it in the main body could misled some men. It should be pointed out marriage doesn't offer any real protections from these false rape charges. Comes back to that old "Never Get Married" thing we hear on here over and over.

I feel the need to add that the "is not a spouse" clause is dated. In the early 90's laws in the United States were changed to remove that exception. Many brains have been biopsied, and many scanned. Neuroscience and psychology have come a long way. None of this is supported by solid existing neuroscience. For one, we know males and females differ in Grey Matter and White Matter. Political, social, or miscellaneous viewpoints do not change the ratio of Grey to White Matter. I'm with Lord on this one.

To be honest, for eastcoast I toss down a vodka/redbull or two. I then use triple-steps and "make it work". It's more about confidence and seeming smooth. I've also noticed most girls don't practice enough to know you caused a mistake instead of them. If you try something new with confidence and they fumble it, it lowers their SMV and raises yours. At least in my experience.

Having done both, I should say East Coast doesn't have to be done at arms length. Just like west coast, there are versions from a one hand hold, two hand hold, no hand hold, and traditional dancing posture (aka waltz). The main difference is the footwork, and bouncing.

Screw going for a local PD. Look into the various Fed agencies. The background investigations are much more professional, and as such, more reasonable. Also, depending on the agency, your military experience should be plenty without investing in a further degree. Your military service would also roll together for your vacation time, and retirement. I'm very aware that an actual domestic charge will ruin your ability to carry a gun. Simply having the police show up won't.

When foxholes and vehicle turrets have size limitations, size does matter. Mass also matters or you end up with gear that weighs more then you, and hence makes it hard to manipulate. A mk-19 weighs as much as a lot of women. But you are correct. Cardio is HUGE. Women's blood carries less oxygen and their hearts move less blood per beat. They lose out in cardio too.

For this reason many military police units made females gunners. Know what happens? They can't lift the mk-19 onto the turret, can't throw around full ammo boxes to feed the weapons, and can't see out of turret. They rely heavily on men around them to do their duties for them. Before shipping out to combat, many would get knocked-up. Overseas many would get knocked up to go home, and female doctors would lie for them about pregnancy timeline to prevent punishment. Untrue. Their blood carries less oxygen then men and their hearts are physically smaller. This means each heartbeat moves less blood, and that blood moves less oxygen. This causes increased fatigue. Let's not even get into knee injuries, stress fractures, and other injuries and increased instance in women.

Correlation, yes. Causation hasn't been proven. In a similar genetic variable situation, it was found that violent murderers frequently had a certain genetic trait. Look up "sunk-cost fallacy" and "escalation of commitment". Ask yourself if those apply to your situation. Just because you want things to work out, and you've invested both time and resources, doesn't mean continued investment is wise or justified. Cutting your loses isn't a bad thing at all.

Heuristic is a term for a subconscious "rule of thumb". It doesn't have to be a beneficial one. Pedestaling a girl because she is "Out Of My League", is a Heuristic. If she is X he does Y. Holding frame when shit-tested is a Heuristic. They do X, you do Y. It's a process of rounding and coping with complex input. Some Heuristics are good, some are bad. Everyone has a different set of them. Daniel Kahneman has written a lot on the subject of Heuristics.

It really depends on information he knows about the people involved, that I don't. The point is to not validate the accusation but instead counter accuse. Imagination and thinking in the feet is key here. Addressing the accusation at all just gives it power, but the counter should be veiled enough not to be an obvious subject change, imho. I'd have to re-read for specific ideas.

Only counter I've seen is farming reputation with other men. When other guys start to look to you for leadership or approval, the girls get curious. I've always avoided coworker females for all the reasons you've already talked about though. The drama just isn't worth it. I just let them stay curious. Granted, I'm more of a Sigma so manipulation is my bread and butter.

What's interesting is that laws written to protect certain "classes of individual", namely gender and sexual orientation, do not define those terms well if at all. A while back, American Psychiatric Association "accidentally" called pedophilia a sexual orientation in one of their publications. This led to several lawsuits by pedophiles, claiming protection under anti discrimination laws. It's an interesting world we live in. Every action can have unforeseen ramifications.
