You need to look at the definition of rape. It's forced penetration with a penis into the mouth, anus or vagina of another. There's nothing else too it. What issues are you having with the definition and I'll try to help you. Also I didn't say it's impossible to be a male rape victim. I clearly said that a male can be raped by a woman if she has a penis and it is forced into a males anus or mouth. If the man has a vagina then they can also be raped if it is forced into there.

You can be raped by a woman if she has a penis and it's forced into a mans mouth or anus. Edit. Some are having issues with the UK definition of rape so I'll add it here. This isn't to say I agree with it but that is the legislation. If you disagree with it then I strongly suggest writing to your MP however it has been discussed previously and the normal line is that the offence of sexual assault carries the same sentences. http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2003/42/section/1

It's not up to the complainant to prove the offence. That is the job of the police/cps. Just because there is no evidence doesn't mean someone should be discouraged from reporting. You can't then charge the complainant for making a false claim. Similarly. Someone being found "not guilty" doesn't mean they're "innocent". And "not guilty" doesn't mean the complainant is "guilty".

I don't agree with their viewpoint but they're entitled to have it. The same as a feminist who hates men fir whatever reason. Freedom of speech is an important aspect of our culture. The example I was after was a MRA silencing discussion about issues that affect feminists. This isn't one.

How do you mean? Can you for example list situations where MRAs have no platformed anyone with a different viewpoint. Or set off fire alarms to stop discussions. Or protested at discussions. From what I can see MRA is just a response to the situation where men's rights are not looked at at all. So it wouldn't be just for MRA to have any issue of promoting equality regardless or gender, sex etc etc. They've experienced exactly what it's like to be ignored.

The explanation they would probably give would be that the benefits to men are indirect. And that men don't face any issues that aren't created by the patriarchy. Solving the patriarchy issues to help women therefore indirectly helps men. Loads of BS but imagine that would be the root of their argument.

It's s court order. Essentially the officers go to court to apply to a magistrate. The magistrates also have a legal advisor and then based on the evidence or whatever been going on the grant it or not.

What a honestly horrible person. What she fails to understand is that the debate has nothing to do with female representation in the Houses of Parliament. The issues raised are about honest, hard working, real people who all live far and wide across the United Kingdom. She is arguing that there should be no debate as women are under represented in the houses. But women are not under represented in the UK. Even if they were it's a shitty argument to close down a discussion about real issues.

You can be prosecuted. This is correct. But not as a result of a charge from the police. Civil matters are not dealt with by the police. So again. The police wouldn't be able to charge this person with breaking that legislation as it isn't a criminal offence and they only deal with criminal offences. The bbc example you gave was a civil matter. The people discriminated against decides to take them to court. No I'm not saying nothing can be done. You said she should be charged for discrimination.…

I agree. The lowest form of fgm (pricking) is very close to standard mgm though. However all forms affecting females are banned but everything is fine for boys. Oh and yes it is skin. Skin containing 20000 nerve endings and permanently damages the penis making sex less pleasurable. Not to mention the risks to infection and the pain of the procedure itself. Nope because you can only rape with a penis entering the mouth, anus or vagina of another. She doesn't have one so at most it would be sexual assault. But under current laws this is fine even if you're drunk. You can still say yes to it.

In the case of making a child have sex with another child i would think it would be considered rape. In the same way an animal can be used in order to commit robbery. The offender is using the other party to commit the act that wouldn't have gone ahead without their input. And yes. Bottles into places etc doesn't count as rape. For either sex. It has to be into the mouth, anus or vagina of another.

This is the case today regardless. The argument is that rape victims would be less likely to report rape because (if evidence exists) they could be charged with perverting the course of justice. This would only happen if there was evidence. Just because there would be insufficient evidence to proceed with a charge of a suspect doesn't mean the accuser would be accused of lying.
