3	I quit. On one hand, you're self pitying and thats harmful. I can easily tell you to toughen up but you're 16. Really, that is a positive. You will grow and grow and become a man. But yku have to keep going, I mean it. You can't slow down or take a break or quit. Even at your lowest moments, keep moving forward. LIFT. Eat Right. READ. Get Hobbies. Meet Girls.
