Oh, that's wonderful - I'm sorry I misunderstood the connotation of what you were saying. We definitely need to work to overcome the gender roles like men being the primary breadwinner and boys not being taught to do "unpaid" household chores (e.g. dishes, babysitting, etc). Obviously these few examples are just a small part of enabling men to enjoy more personal freedom.

Men are disposable to evolution. Uh... don't you think it's worth overcoming evolution then? Yikes...

Gender roles like babysitting? Cleaing up the house? A man working himself to death? Never seeing his kids, even after divorce? I don't have time to teach biology and evolution at the moment. I'd suggest doing some research in the meantime.

Society built these gender roles. It's not to do with human nature, beyond greed. Greed from the governing oligarchy that use their money and power to put these artificial pressures on our lives in an effort to shape us into worker drones. This isn't some crazy conspiracy, we all know the rich and powerful shape the laws of the land for their own benefit. Individuals have to make an effort to move beyond them. And then, if we're lucky, society will catch up.

If I had sons, I honestly don’t know that I would feel comfortable subjecting them to the risk of allegations of misconduct by having them babysit just for the sake of social progress. I babysat plenty as a teenager and no one every accused me of raping someone. And I didn't babysit for social progress either - I did it because my older sister wanted to go out shopping or some shit and someone had to take care of her children. ...not to mention the possible peer rejection they might face for goi…

... but also teaching boys to do unpaid work. By "unpaid work" they mean chores, caregiver, and work in their community. Women still do more of the caregiving — for children and for older people — and the housework, even when both parents work full time, data show ... Talk about how men balance work and family, and how sons and not just daughters are expected to care for parents and relatives when they’re old ... Enlist boys’ help making soup for a sick friend or visiting a relative in the hospi…

Who digital publishers "should" ban is based on data projections from their bean counters based on feedback from their PR deparments at the behest of their shareholders.

That's not some matriarchy, that's Hearst Communications. They own Men's Health and Cosmo and they don't give a fuck about anything but $$$

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
