Honestly, when porn hit the internet, and I saw some of those weird alien dongs, my only thought was OUCH, hell no, and should it be hit wish a shovel and buried in Lyme.

Let me disabuse you of that false belief. On average, women’s anatomy is 5.5” deep, and .65- 1” diameter. Interestingly, most men’s anatomy matches this size, why do you think that nature/evolution/whatever has resulted in this corespondent anatomy? A woman’s anatomy is only really ‘stretchy’ during birth because of special hormones that are released during pregnancy only. Research groups are looking for a replacement of speculums because of how universally painful they are, because they expand …

The biggest counter to Red Pill for a woman is to bullet proof your self esteem, maintain a high level of extreme skepticism towards all potential partners, and trust YOUR instincts- when you feel like you’re being negged, that should be all you need to leave. Don’t bother with confronting, or asking questions, just accept that they’re trash and move on.

Yes. There are groups putting out content that teaches women about these tactics, and women need to share them far and wide.

I’d add that having the 18 year old spend quality time doing ‘guy stuff’ with the younger ones is critical.

The point is, if you don't work on your own self-esteem through self-improvement, you'll never attract anyone anyway It still comes back to needing to fix yourself first. Even if you look very attractive, if your personality is off-putting, you're dead in the water.

When you want to hear one thing, but the answer is something else.

I don't remember seeing anyone say "The way you experience the world isn't real" - except for reminding the poster that sex isn't the cure-all that they think it is. Even if someone is coming here to vent, bringing reality back into focus isn't a bad thing, it's essential. We all get that the journey to self-discovery (and self-improvement) is arduous and for someone who is lonely NOW, feels like an impossibly long task, but it's literally essential to cure the loneliness issue, if they insist o…

You can't fix someone's inner problems that way.

Every country who has tried it has found that out; trafficking (and the horrible criminal element it brings) has overrun the system in the Netherlands, and Germany is having the same issue.

100%, and it's still not the answer.

This is the crux of the mental state that women pick up on and flee from. Cure your self-esteem issues by working on yourself. There was never a time in history when men were issued a woman like a rifle is issued in the military. A man had to build some kind of life (or inherit one) in order to be deemed a worthy potential partner. This obsession with sex being the cure-all is at the very heart of the problem.

Baby Doll, you need to be in trauma therapy. You have so much to unpack in your own hurts, that really you should be focusing on yourself right now, and not complicating your journey with a guy like this. He's in his own bad place, and it's up to him to recognize and treat it. The trauma that you've suffered is clouding your judgement, and is affecting your life. Please make sure to find a therapist who specializes in treating the trauma you suffered, and look into EMDR. You deserve better.

Agreed. It's time to elevate your life, and make friends with better people.

I'm at the age where I see where these guys end up, some of them old friends of mine, and it's not pretty. OP has plenty of time to work on himself and get his life and himself up to speed, and he'll end up with a good stable partner.

Very true. The only thing we can do is look for the red flags, and GO SLOW in the relationship. Most horrible people can't keep the mask up for very long, and will start pressuring, or future faking, etc, to hustle the relationship along, don't fall for it. Slow and steady, and watch for red flags.

Nor the quality of the women his 'friends' entangle with.

But they can't. Ultimately, *you* have to learn to feel these things about yourself, you can't get it externally. Ever see a guy who was less than 'conventionally good looking', and pretty average in all ways, but he's with a great girl? He, likely, has worked on himself and reached a point where he feels good about himself and where he is, and it works as an attractant. Think about the women described in OP's story. They're definitely not women that you'd classify as having their crap together.…

You're welcome, and fair enough, female wingmen are tough to find sometimes, but don't count out the older types, ladies in your neighborhood, or at the laundromat. You can always ask them for advice, and they're usually full of good tips.

See if you can make friends with someone, maybe a lady your age or so, who can coach you on these things too. I know I helped a few of my fellow computer nerd coworkers with this.

My ex believed all this. We ended up divorced, and I'm much happier. Just avoid that type, watch what a man does, not just what he says.

Fair enough, I have been helping a few younger guys at work, and I went into autopilot on that, so you've got a fair number of financially successful guys beat! I would still see a doc and have them check your blood work. Low T could be an issue, but don't go on gear, that shit is absolute garbage. I knew a guy who was on the cycle for wrestling, and he ended up having a testicle removed from cancer. Dude, your pics are good! You've got good tone, and excellent definition, and to be honest, wome…

Have you tried working with a trainer? It can be tough to find a good one, especially if they're just the ones working AT the gym. It can also be really good to make friends with a Gym Bro, who can help you with the diet tips to feed those muscles and trim the rest. Take a look through a Google search, read reviews. I don't know what kind of issues you are having, but another avenue to take is to get a full physical and check to see if you have any cortisol issues (you might have something like …

Absolutely, this is a feature of the Teenage milestone, BUT, it's also when learning about how to address it is done. If you have people in your family who're good role models for this, you could go to them for tips and guidance.

How about trying a personal coach. Check, their reviews first, and find one that works on things like self-esteem. A career coach is sometimes good for that part of life too. One thing that I can suggest right off the bat is finding something that you are good at that you can develop into a hobby. I know that sounds trite, BUT, hear me out. When we have something that we really enjoy, that we can look forward to that makes us feel good about ourselves, it can up lift more than just our mood. If …

It sounds like your biggest hurdle is your own self-esteem. Before you can get out into the dating pool, you have to be super comfortable in your own skin. If you aren't, you'll put out whatever self-esteem issues, fears, insecurities like a stink. Finding counseling or a personal coach might be a good first step.

OP, all of those fears are reasonable, having them interfere with your life/dating, is not. It sounds like you need to work on your self-esteem, and over-all understanding of your strengths. Counseling is a start.

Well put. I suggest talking to a qualified counselor regarding this fear. You need direction in how to retrain your mind to think clearly and realistically with each circumstance.

I'm 5'5", I don't date anyone too much over 5'10" because it's uncomfortable to crane my neck, and I don't enjoy being armpit height to them. My ex-husband (married 20 years) was 5'6". As long as I can still wear heels if I want to, I'm not too concerned about height.

Sounds like time to go Very Low Contact, or No Contact. I know it's tough, he's your last surviving parent, but he sounds toxic as hell, and thank goodness your mom experienced some affection before she opted out of life.
