Turn off your read receipts and last online. You can't see other people's either now. It should mitigate your fear of offending people by replying late. Personally, I think you're just over thinking the situation. Also, now that you can't see when people read your texts etc you'll be less likely to worry about people ignoring you.

After I finished my cut and progressed to bulking, it was hard for me too down so many calories. I just kept force feeding and eventually it came to the point that it was normal for me to eat that much. Tough it out man.

Man, everyone is giving you solid advice but you keep making excuses for why you don't need to take that advice. You can fuck a girl and still become a beta. Next this chick, and find another one. You're max 19 right now. There will be plenty of women. Worry about yourself for now.

Listen to this guy. If you're still gaining weight, you're definitely eating too much.

These women have their jobs ENTIRELY because a male feminist said so. Damn, I never even looked at this. Maybe you're right

This. It has everything from the sidebar and more.

Lift. Work and make money. While you work, start studying and try getting into a local college. It'll be difficult and you won't see results for a while. Don't worry about girls for the moment. Focus on getting your shit together and becoming more confident in yourself. Read the sidebar in the main sub. Find everything you can about monk mode. I know there's a very good post about it on the illimitableman. Should be in the sidebar as well. There's no magic fix to this. You're gonna have to put f…

This is funny but would probably lead to administration bothering OP even more.

If you know something is negatively affecting you're life, then you should be making an active effort to cut it out of your life. For me quitting weed, I took it one day at a time. I must have quit like six times before I finally stopped for good. Check out r/leaves for tips on quitting. I lurked it for a bit when I was struggling. Personally, what helped me was telling myself, "if I smoke now, I'm back at day one." I also had a little note on my phone written that I would look at when I wanted …

You have good esteem by accepting it's unchangeable and not using it as an excuse for your failures.

I think you misunderstand what these needs are. Esteem needs relate to your own confidence and self respect. Belongingness is about maintaining good social relationships, I.e. work groups. Maybe you don't need close friends to confide in but you can't deny it is beneficial to you to have a network of people from whom you can receive favors. I really recommend you look deeper into Maslow's theories before you reject them.

Yes, Maslow's hierarchy is something I've been learning about for years. It's a part of the public school curriculum in health class in Canada (they do some things right) I always thought it was strange I didn't see more about him in TRP as his theories and ideas are very relevant.

Yes, having sex is more important than forming an intimate relationship to Maslow. I think that can attributed as any form of sexual release though. (masturbation, hookers, etc.)

If I'm not mistaken, the handbook has a guide on red flags, no?

I've been doing keto for a few weeks and my body responded really well to it. Saw myself leaning out right away. I started keto after I started plateauing on my cut. Saw great results from it. Try it out for a couple of weeks and see how you like it.

Funny, this same thing was said to me less than a year ago and I thought it was cute. Snapped out of it when I started reading RP and figured out what it really meant. It was probably the main driver for my anger phase.

Yes, but would it really be "ruining" her claim? More like exposing her lie.

This post was fucking brilliant. 10/10. I'm intrigued by the "Is this it?" philosophy you mentioned. Could you recommend a book that discusses it or a similar philosophy?

I have read the handbook in it's entirety and I can say I learned a lot of valuable lessons from it. Rereading is a must and taking time to look at specific chapters would also be beneficial. A physical copy would be great and very helpful. Also, reading off a phone screen cannot compare to the feeling of reading a book in hand. Edit: grammar

Since January 1, 2015: Conquered my anxiety/depression Lost about 10 lbs Dropped from 16/17% bf to 12/13% (Trying to get down to 10%) Quit weed and alcohol completely Started reading regularly again Improved my wardrobe Looking to pick up a new hobby (really interested in woodworking) I've still got lots to improve but I know I can achieve it. Before swallowing the red pill I was inconsistent in the gym, supplementing workouts with weed and pizza and bingewatching Netflix. I've changed for the b…
