I just called the courthouse and they told me to fill out a form and email it to him and the form would be requesting another hearing so I guess if I’m granted that another hearing will find out if she knew what she was doing or not( voice to text).

I wasn’t able to watch the kids bc of the order she created. Instead she had to take them and drive all the way to Texas. In this state they do. She lied or exaggerated a bunch of stuff but then told me she would have it dismissed. I’m going to try to get another hearing otherwise I’m not going to be able to do anything about it until family court. She is an awful human being and I don’t even recognize her anymore.

Thanks. She said I hit my children and I was becoming more violent. She’s full of shit and she’s gong to deal with my lawyers now. I’m going to call the court on Tuesday myself to see if I can get another hearing or what I can do to get it dismissed. Until then I’m just a single guy with no responsibilities. I’m trying not to think about it.

For all of you who think she did this intentionally, you are wrong. She wanted it dismissed. She told her lawyer who she was appointed for free bc it’s domestic violence and her lawyer told her it was too late to have it dismissed. I don’t understand this BS. Shouldn’t they do an investigation before they do something so cruel. I have no history of violence or anything either. My ex thought the order was ok bc she thought only she could enforce it. Well after I talked to the sheriff after being served I said nope. I’m not risking it. Good luck to you and my 4 kids. Tell them I love them and I’ll see them when this BS is resolved. I haven’t talked to her since Wednesday and I won’t. I will let my lawyers do the talking now.

So I paid off all the debt that was in my name.. roughly 25k. The biggest debt she has that I was afraid of was student loans and my lawyer told me that those don’t count in a divorce as joint debt. So.. she already owes me 12,500 which I will hopefully get after the sale of our house.

Thanks your right I didn’t take it seriously and she never had to do this. The kids first weekend in my new place 3 days after I moved in went rough and they said I hit them all weekend I only separated them from fighting each other and never hit them. They don’t know what they were doing. Now they can’t even talk to their father until this is resolved. The judge said it can be amended in family court. So that’s where I’m trying to get to.
