Ahh I see that makes sense, way to assess the situation and take a socially smart decision. Think with any gym approach the longer game is probably better. I approached my gym crush who'd always be working out at the same time. We walked by each other outside the gym and she gave me long eye contact, so a few days later I approached but was so nervous I was shaking so it didn't go well, she basically just responded back with 1 word answers and shut down the convo quick.

Why you'd just introduce yourself and then not stick around to talk a bit longer. While you could've asked tor the number it seems a bit premature to do so so abruptly after introducing yourself

Just ask if he'd wanna do anything outside of work with you, but find a certain casual activity or place to go

Yeah that's exactly what I did the first time and it was definitely the wrong move, should've just been more casual about it and gradually build up overtime

Yes such a great show up until maybe season 5? But yes Hank as a character is probably one of the best portrayals of a womanizer in tv that I've at least seen

sounds like a similar persona to Hank Moody in Californication

I don't think in the big 2025 in Canada that women are against dating black dudes. If anything I feel likt it may help? I'm not sure what you're doing wrong but I don't think you should see your race as the issue.

Who would've guessed being rejected in person hurts more than mindlessly swiping.

If you are after friends look for social groups on Instagram, Facebook and meetup in your area and start joining those regularly. There will also likely be women at these events. Also with day game, despite what the norm is in these countries you can break it and still approach, just be more chill about it and don't get discouraged

How do you find the girls in Scandinavia react to being approached in public? Especially if it's not in their native language. I know they're all pretty good at English but are they generally open to being randomly approached as say the more open societies in southern Europe or America may be.

How is this overweight older guy attracting women? Are they attractive as well or more similar in appearance to him?

Are you Norwegian or a foreigner living there? Was just wondering how receptive girls are to being approached in English there?

Oh I know that this isn't new information but more just that these are the reminders this sub needs instead of just people asking whether someone is interested in them or complaining about their dating life

This is some of the best advice that has been uploaded on this sub in a while. Men need to understand that women will generally not be blunt and reject you outright but will give subtle signs of either interest or non interest by how much she is willing to respond and engage you

The best way I think is to try and turn the conversation to sexual topics through jokes or to imply sexual ideas in what she's saying. If she seems happy to engage in these topics or jokes along, it's a pretty clear sign that she could be interested in hooking up and from their you have to physically escalate in order to seal the deal

I realised the blank stare tactic when I've been on the verge of blackout and was so drunk I didn't know what to respond. Drunk me would just stare at the girl, she'd question the staring and then I'd have a corny line ready along the lines of "sorry I got lost in your eyes" said with a smirk. Would work pretty well especially after having a nice friendly conversation prior, as it was a great way to escalate

Yea I mean "that" stereotype which girls say they desire. Could see it being problematic if someone was black and didn't have a massive dick though.

Whenever you're buying something (from Cafe, restaurant, clothing store) try to make some conversation that's a bit more interesting than just the common pleasantries. Doing this doesn't only help your confidence but also makes you get in the habit of having casual conversations which is the basis of what you need to get a girl

It seems like nowadays black guys would have a benefit. But maybe I'm totally wrong?

Definitely agree with all these. I used to be a nervous wreck in high school and ever since I've been doing many of these things and have seen vast improvements. The most helpful though has been solo traveling (if you have the money). Go somewhere new and if you're by yourself and appear friendly people will talk to you. I've had great convos with people in parks, Uber drivers on planes etc.

Haha that's hilarious, people that do crypto always seem to find each other

Big props for going out alone, so definitely don't feel bad about that shot. Did you mainly find people that were alone or did you try and integrate into some groups

Just stumbled upon this sub and it looks awesome. Just graduated high school and could always talk to girls but could never really finish the deal. Hopefully I can gain some tips from some of you guys. I came from a much smaller school so it was always difficult to get girls. The few attractive ones were already in relationships and there wasn't really a middle ground between good lookin and down right ugly.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
