Graduate programs have to restrict admissions to those students that they can fund, and there are a number of fellowships in the STEM fields set up specifically for women and minorities. While it's true that graduation rates are now more on favor of women than they were of men when Title IX was made, that doesn't paint a full picture. The aim of Title IX was to remove institutional gender bias in education. Which, I would argue it did an adequate job of at the collegiate level. 1	Finally a women that says it like it is - "We need to restore fault-based reasons to justify divorce." I would actually oppose this, as it's moving in the wrong direction. Sometimes things just don't work out, one should not need a government approved reason to get a divorce, that's ridiculous.
