You can only truly know by asking her. I think you objectively need to ask yourself this question: “How did she give me the impression of an attention seeking girl?” Is this your blind estimation or do you know her well? And if you know her and are sure that she is an attention seeker, then is this a criteria for you? In the end of the day, all the dating and “game” is supposed to be fun. Not stressful or complicated. I said my piece.

Then try a different therapist maybe? Or you can try therapy and psychiatry at the same time. Edit: therapy can be a long term solution that require patience. Of course, I am not talking about the situations in which you don’t trust your therapist, etc.

Firstly, all of these reasons make sense. Don’t listen to people that underestimate your reasons. These things you wrote, they are all human needs. If you feel ill, you see a doctor, the doctor gives a medicine for you to get better, you use it and get better, right? If you feel bad, go see a doctor! Go see a therapist or a psychiatrist. I know you are uninterested in medicine but that doesn’t change the fact that medicine is invented for people to get better. I know you don’t feel any motivatio…

Context is everything. When you try to approach girls while hanging out with your mom, the contexts “collide” It’s like a dress code. When you go to a wedding, you wear a tuxedo or a suit. When you go to the beach, you wear something casual and comfortable. What you are trying to do is basically attempting to wear a tuxedo on a beach.
