Great Question! Check out Sean Stephenson. Hes 3 foot tall and uses a wheelchair but hes a powerhouse. Classically trained PUA but has turned to motivational speaking and is a therapist. Im not sure if he does PUA training but hes proof that "Pickup" is a valid form of self development. Truly hope this helps even if its just good for a bit of motivation.

I was using the 10 messages as an example. I understand that you think that you are not being needy form your perspective. You are probably right. The faster you approach the less chance you will have for triggering approach anxiety. I agree with FriedLizard. If you have sexual or romantic interest in a woman then you should not hide it. It turns you into a creepy person because people get the feeling that you are hiding something. That does not mean that you must make some epic movie gesture and stand outside her apartment and sing her favourite song. It just means that you are always honest about how you feel. If she asks you directly then answer her directly.
