| 1 | I feel like a schedule like this would be realistic and challenging enough to allow me to improve, while focusing on the most important aspects. Thoughts or insights? Overwhelming? Underwhelming?Quite common for those of us who can't 'switch off. Good examples of mindful meditation are things like hanging out the washing instead of using the dryer, concentrating on your food and the flavours instead of eating in front of the TV etc. It takes practice. | /r/askTRP | 03/11/19 05:07 AM |

Underwhelming?I'm stealing this schedule :p Just be careful not to try to many things at once and burn out. And work out if meditation vs mindfulness works better for you. You seem similar to me (purely judging by this one isolated post lol), and mindfulness just worked better for me. | /r/askTRP | 02/11/19 07:19 PM |
