The lawyer says that it is freedom of speech. But hate messages and inducting someone to commit a violent act or suicide should not constitute as freedom of speech.

Infancia Libre is an organization that promotes children's protection from their abusive fathers. In the past three of the four top members have gone to court for retaining their kids from seeing their fathers. The four of them have in common that although the fathers have been reported by their ex-wifes for abusive behaviour these claims have not been probed. The mothers have also taken the kids and flled without letting the fathers see their respective kids.

I study engineering and you can not imagine how true this is. Girls of my class go to the guys that know how to do it. There are some girls that from time to time ask something but I have found a internal hate with my female classmates for this reason.
