what you are describing are called "boundaries," and are a requirement for any healthy relationship, romantic, professional, and otherwise.

Perhaps when you're 20. It is similarly true this LACK of emotional conveyance is an indicator you are not lying. Because emotions are easy to deceive. This is good advice for someone working on their "game", but not necessarily for someone 35 and looking for long term and solid.

But going to a bar, standing in a busy spot and doing inner soul searching? Wouldn't that make you look extremely detached/weird/out of place? was a math major. I thought a lot and all the time. when my friends would drag me out it was this. can confirm. though by the end I was offered a job running the sound board at the club we went to. :P

I know this'll be earth-shattering to all the players of "the game" here in this sub, but I never really became interested in dating until about three years after college. It's possible he's fine and it's the people convinced he's not that need to get over it. Some people are late bloomers.

when you are on the job (/ in your lifeguard uniform if your beach has one) this is harassment and irresponsible. I'd suggest hitting up local bars and clubs and practice your confidence there.
