Generally each = equals 1 inch. So in theory , 5-6 of those are average. I always do 7, let them know your above average, but won’t be disappointed when they find out you lied to them. 8=======D /s

Good post. Dieting is 75% of the battle, most don't eat enough. The other 25% is lifting. I went from 154lbs to 200lbs in 1.5 years. I'm still not at my goal, I've got a ways to go as I've lost some weight and only weigh around 185lbs right now but I'm back on the gain train. People treat me different compared to when I was 154lbs. People treat me with more respect. Women are the ones giving me attention. It feels so good after you completely destroyed a workout. There's no other feeling like it…
