| 3 | The best start ?I can only give you advice from my experience. I've been somewhat in your place, maybe not as bad. Generally just getting rid of your depression is the most important part, it sounds like you have hope and want to get better as I did which makes the job that much easier. What started me off was meditation. Every day twice a day 20 minutes each.
