1	Niceeeee You'e in the minority. That sucks too, unless your monthly pay is based on the weeks you work. I had a job once that paid on the 1st and 15th of every month (i.e., only 24 pay periods instead of 26) and it was 100% to avoid paying employees an extra 4 weeks per year. Edit: I can tell the amount of people who don’t work here based on how many think my math is wrong. Most people don’t get paid monthly folks, they get paid weekly or bi weekly.
