I have never heard it was OK for women to hit men. I have seen my neighbor go to jail for hitting her BF and my friends now ex-wife went to jail for hitting him. I do believe men should not hit women even if a woman hits them. That has to do with the difference of strength between men and women. People die from getting punched. Most of the time it's when they fall and hit there head. If you punch a women there is a good chance shes going to fall and hit her head.

Shes not obligated to take a field sobriety test.That means your taking a trip to get a Breathalyzer or your blood drawn. Which would have happened anyway because it's almost impossible to pass a field sobriety test. Especially after you got rear ended.
