I’d still not pay and I’d sue for wrongful imprisonment. If I’m raped, I’m the victim and you won’t have me doing anything to help my rapist or the rape baby. Sounds rough for the baby but if the choice to have a kid is taken from me like that, I will not care.

Psyche wards don’t have set time, you are in there until they say otherwise and may even just be sent to normal prison afterwards. If it was so nice it would be quite a noticeable hole in the justice system. Prison is comparatively better due to chance of parole early with good behaviour, beds, meals and exercise. Homeless people get arrested sometimes in the winter because it beats freezing to death.

Have you considered it may be because men are more willing to work those long hours or put family aside, women prefer not to, it’s not some big female hating thing, it’s just women aren’t that interested, though interestingly as you have demonstrated, it’s related to power positions, I’m not seeing this sort of thing advocated for women working in the sewers.
