I think this is acceptable in this scenario. In most of the world women are oppressed and treated worse than slaves. They are raped, tortured, and murdered for no reason other than being women. Title is misleading But hell i can't grow a good mustache and I'm 20, it is genetics. assault is harm or the threat of harm. So if the woman felt threatened that is assault she was a victim of assault. This will probably get thrown out by a judge because it needs to be a reasonable expectation of harm. It makes me sick how she still thought he had done it. She couldnt accept that she had taken away 16 years of a mans life, that she had committed a more heinous crime against this man than anything he could have done to her.
