There's this little thing called 'society'. Society needs children or... poof... no more society. Or to be more accurate a healthier society moves in (this is what is happening in Europe right now Allahu Akbar!) Society however cannot afford to pay for children. Women cannot afford to pay for children (being burdened with child rearing and whatnot) So you, you lucky devil, get to pay for the children. Pick up your cross and soldier on. It's not like we have a shitload of options.

You REALLY REALLY don't want women in combat roles. Stick your expectations in your sock drawer and keep on keeping on. Be there for your children, and do the best you can. Having said that there's no reason why you can't find a job where there are less women. There is no question that the fewer women and especially the fewer women supervisors you have to deal with the better off you're going to be.
