I know this has grounds to be downvoted, because it is not a healthy way to view the role of men in society. But all you said, it is generally true, in the eyes of society, and in our interactions with it. Sad, but true.

ive recently started, and theres no way back. my severe physical debilitation makes me feel like going to the Gym is like taking insulin shots for diabetes. today is my 7th day going slow and steady 👍. the point of my post was what to do in a sunday at 5 pm after dropping off kids and having my heart sunk. the gym is closed at that time... its more a specific funky dunky time where my emotions are just sad and sensible. guess i just have to start being more comfortable with myself to be able to …

thanks man. I recently started going to the gym myself, 6 days in, feel like I can keep up the consistency and rhythm due to my signs of possible sarcopenia at old age (with my actual musculature) I think im getting the hang of it in relation to my schedule and activities when I know its just alone time. building improving. but when I just drop off my kids in a sunday, its like a mini 5 stages of grief. for 3 hours I cant find the movitation to do anything to enjoy my free time. Tomorrow morning…

I have experienced grief, but its very dissimilar. Its grief for the hours poured into all of this, of the time, effort, finances lost. Grief of lost potential, because I have less of a say with my children upbringing due to spending more time apart from them. Of all the things I couldve done, that are now practically impossible, since I have to focus 100 percent on my children and their needs when im not working. I never cherish the good moments spent with her. My feelings towards her are of co…

I feel the same way as you. People talk to me... to hype me up tenderly/ or tell me to be buckle up and be a man. With or without religion involved. And Its the same shit in the end. Sometimes you are in a specific situation in life, where things are beyond fucked up. And every inch of the well sweated effort you do in every given day, its just not enough. Because of your specific life circumstances configuration. Its not enough to go forward. Its not enough to break chains. Its barely enough to…

What does grey divorce mean? I dunno about you guys but im fucking sick and tired of asking things in google which ends up being AI. Ive just had it. Maybe its the andropause. Maybe im lonely. I prefer someone answers to me. I need some additional fucking interaction in my life. This is beyond fucking hard.

Thank you. Time after time, we are being fed these lessons over and over again. Very simple and straightforward. Like 2 plus 2. Eat your veggies. Tho tough like a mofo in practice. Thats why they keep on coming. To recenter ourselves. Thank you again.

Yeah I kinda get your perspective now. It makes sense when there were 30 years invested in this endeavor. Its like saying to you "the fuck up wasnt a total waste of time" "thank you i appreciate you and your effort during our shared time, those memories and time shared together" Which in a sense its a totally non fatalistic way of looking back through those years, in a time of joy and forgiveness and appreciation which is christmas. (Again something good in between the mess of life should be rec…

Its odd to me how ex couples still have feelings for each other. Personally the hate was boiling way before I decided to file. Any attempts to be tender and considerate from her part seemed fake and over the top after telling me i was a useless , a little piece of a man, mentally ill the day before. Not tryin to invalidate yous people personal experience, it just seems incredible to me.

I feel you. My ex wife downloaded a bunch of dodgy apps that gave her instant deposits of money, ofc she didnt fucking read the extraorbitant credit rate they where charging WEEKLY. She continued to ask for money from those dodgy apps from south american mafias. And then, since she didnt have enougy humilty and basic remorse in order to ask for help, she sent me a message making it look like I dont "support her" since the twins were born. DEMANDING. FUCKING DEMANDING I lend her money to be deduc…

In my brief experience , currently going through one divorce, its not so much that people dont care about you. Is that they do care, but your situation is so fucked up/uncomfortable, borderline nuisance to the people that check on you. Because they have other 5 or 6 daily or life compromises they have to figure out. They cant handle your baggage. So its kind of like. "Reach out man" and then you feel them going "yikes thaas fucked up. actually my little kid is calling he needa smth, catch you la…
