–	Woman jailed for sexually abusing boy after judge says "gender is irrelevant" and he cannot lower the sentence just because the victim is a boy Who's Kevin? The judge's name is Stephen. Anyway, I do think it's concerning that he implied that it being a female offender means there isn't an aggregating factor. He's basically saying, I won't reduce the sentence because that would be sexist, but if it was a male offender that would be an aggrevating factor so I would increase the sentence. I'm amazed at how many people in this thread are blaming you. The trend you recognize is well understood and discussed in detail, including strategy to deal with it, in another subreddit. That subreddit is almost universally hated by the same people who are saying in this thread that it's your fault that women act a certain way. I suggest you spend some time on that subreddit.
