It's way too easy to get married. And once a child is involved in the divorce?... I've been to court no less than 80 times in the last 5 years. For a full year I was in court almost every single Wednesday. I can go in ex parte and the judicial assistant knows me by name, as well as I know him. This is generally good advise but for a parenting plan you should file a report so you can layer have that record to back up your side of the story. The cops arent going to come to your house. Hell, in my city it's not even the police you report to. Call crimecheck or similar and get that shit reported.

Is your situation because of medical bills because if not, you might want to get in touch with their legal team. Only non custodial parents are obligated to pay child support. Since a 50/50 split means you are not a non-custodial parent, you can not be charged. That's what Washington State's child support enforcement legal team decided in my case. That's what you gathered? To me, she's a cheater and a low key racist if "black men" was her go to when she needed to lie about her supposed attackers.
