2	How to Handle Lying/excuses/ghosting It's no easy task, that's for sure. What helped me personally was having the mindset of thinking about the bad times and how they made you feel. Do the good ones overcome them? For me, in the end, they did not. Everytime I felt like reaching out I thought back of specific times when I was treated the worst, which reminded me of why I needed to cut her off in the first place, for my own wellbeing. 10	How to Handle Lying/excuses/ghosting Damn, I can relate to this so bad. I also fell hard for a crazy ass chick and were on and off for about six years. She used to claim that she loved me, yet her actions spoke otherwise, very similar to what you described. There was always some new dude in the picture, and everytime, I grew more distant and cold.
