Depends where you're having it done. Lots of hospitals and private clinics don't have medical students. Normally you won't have to worry about it if you're getting oral and maxillofacial surgery they have a lot of patients and don't have time for that type of nonsense.

Do you have proof that "most" diamonds are blood diamonds? Over the past few years most diamonds come from developed countries like Australia and Russia (proof here) so chances are that most diamonds sold in America don't even come from Africa.

I inherited one. Upkeep is so expensive and don't get me started on taxes like taxe foncière and taxe d'habitation it really puts a dent in your disposable income. But I wouldn't trade it for anything. The space and peace and quiet are worth it especially in lockdown.

The childfree sub is hated because it is a mess that is full of childish adults who feel threatened by children. The terms they use like "crotch goblin" and "fuck trophy" are disgusting and unacceptable. They complain about how messy and annoying kids are but they themselves have the mental capacity of a child. It's one thing to be child free it's another to actively dislike children and constantly post about them.

There is an engagement ring subreddit but because it's Reddit the rings are generally not beautiful. There's a lot of "After 10 years he finally proposed" and badly made 200 dollar moissanite rings from Aliexpress which is very depressing. The Mod is a pain and berates people for calling Moissanites and Cz's diamond stimulants which is literally the industry name for them. Basically you're better off following jeweller's instagram accounts to see nice rings.
