It’s a cultural misunderstanding that relationships and romance are things that just happen to a woman. It’s way harder to sell the idea that the relationship is a job in itself— something cultivated and maintained by both parties. The grass will always seem greener elsewhere, when you’re not keeping up with your own lawn.

Other than being attractive what other selling point do you have to leverage for what you want? The first thing you need to do is itemize what you have and or willing to give. The man you’re looking for will pick you based on what you look like, but keep you based on what you offer. Men who are “afraid of commitment” are usually just of getting a bad deal.
