I’m sorry to hear that you are going through his. In my experience when my spouse is always blaming me and seemingly ignoring her own responsibility I just refocus on what I can control. I then focus on using this as an opportunity for self transformation as I become my best self. I’m doing it for myself and it doesn’t matter if we do or don’t split up. That works for me as well. Best of luck and good job on doing the work on your end. That only helps you out in the long term.

I feel your pain and have been through similar situations. Only you can answer that. What type of man are you? What type of man do you want to be? What type of father are you? What type of father do you want to be? Now do your actions align with that goal? Only you can answer that. Best wishes

Yours is a sticky situation but not a unique situation. It’s very good that you are doing self reflection and willing to do the work on yourself. In time you will see the benefits of your hardwork paying off. It can get better when you become your best self no matter what the future holds you’ll win. Best of luck.

Wow. That’s a lot to deal with. All I can do is offer this: stay positive and be the better person. Be your best self and don’t react just respond and focus on using this experience to transform yourself into the best version of yourself. This way you win in the end and attract the life you want in the future. Focus on taking responsibility for your actions including your mistakes and do the work on yourself. Best wishes

It’s not over. But the road to reconciliation is long and difficult depending upon how far gone your marriage is. Firstly use this time wisely. Self reflection will help you discover your role in this marital situation. You changed and so she changed. I’m certain that if you take responsibility for your mistakes and own your shortcomings as a husband you will find a path forward. If you sincerely strive to become your best self no matter the outcome of your relationship then you will be amazed a…

Focus on your life and use this time as a catalyst for self transformation. Reflecting on how your actions have contributed to your divorce and then taking responsibility to address them will set you up for a better future relationship. If you’re able to set goals for how you want to be as a man and then develop and stick to a plan to become that best version of yourself you’re going to become successful. You will be too busy trying to improve yourself to worry about anything that distracts from…

Be honest and think about how you have shown up in your marriage. What can you take responsibility of for your marriage getting to this point? When you’re honest with yourself and commit to doing the work to become your best self you’ll be surprised how much better your life will become. Your marriage may or may …

I’m happy for you and I would suggest that you deep dive further into yourself and see where you can improve. Use this time as a catalyst for self transformation and you may find that even if you are still attracted physically to your wife it won’t matter because you are looking for something more substantial. Turn inward and focus on yourself. Again congratulations on being able to redirect your energy away from your wife. Best of luck

Sorry to hear this. But there is a silver lining in this if you look for it. Use this time to self reflect and focus on how you can improve yourself as a man and a husband. Clearly something is awry and once it is identified you will have a better understanding of what you need to do to fix your life and your wife may surprise you with her response after she sees you transform into your best self. The one she originally fell for. Best of luck. No guarantees but self improvement is always a good thing!

This can be heart wrenching to hear I’m sure but it’s not impossible to overcome with hard work on your part. Dig deep into yourself and find out whether you have shown up daily as your best self as a man and husband? Find out what her needs are and figure out where you can improve on in meeting them. She is experiencing your marriage in a way that perhaps you should consider exploring. What can you do to take responsibility for the part that you have played in getting your marriage to this poin…

I feel your pain. This is a very difficult time for but you can always take this opportunity to improve yourself. Use it as a catalyst for self transformation. Dig deep into yourself and see what your core values and goals are. What time of man are you ? In What ways do you want to show up in your marriage and your family? Once you know who you are then you’ll know what to do and when your actions align with your true self. Then you have to do the work. Best wishes to you and your family

Definitely not best time to change the strategy but going forward perhaps you should consider self reflection as a way to find out what your core values are as a man and then align yourself accordingly. This will be a great compass for guidance on difficult decisions like this. Learn from this experience and see what you want to achieve by your actions. Best of luck

I understand what you’re saying and I would suggest that you do the work on yourself especially with regards to your reactions to be in control of how you show up no matter who you’re around. That I believe will be self empowering and best for your mental health too. But it takes time and effort to get to that level. Have you tried therapy or other self help programs that can help you develop these tools? Best of luck

This is painful but not impossible to overcome. It sounds like a great opportunity to discover what needs beyond the obvious is not being met. If you’re willing to be curious about what needs your wife wants fulfilled in your marriage. If you’re willing to self reflect and understand what parts you need to take ownership for it can be a huge help to your partner. If you’re willing to do the work on yourself to improve as a man and husband that can be transformative in a most productive and posit…

This is tough. I totally understand why you feel sad. Nobody goes into a marriage thinking about how they want to get divorced. So yes it’s okay to have these feelings. Just remember to not get stuck there. Life goes on and you have a great opportunity to rebuild and use this experience as a catalyst for self transformation. Life is what we make it and it is okay to have big feelings about things. Hang in there. I hope this helps.

Good for you for setting a boundary with consequences and sticking to it. This has got to be so emotionally draining for you and your family. Taking the time to think about your needs and goals and how to meet them will help you achieve that long term happiness that you deserve. As you do the work on yourself you’ll blossom and set a powerful example for your children and even your wife. As long as your actions align with your core values of the man that you want to be then you’ll have a good id…
